Description of Work: This was an Angie's List $99 special for window cleaning or gutter and downspout cleaning. They guy arrived on time and was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. He told me immediately how much extra it was going to cost because I had more feet of gutter than was included in the special, and we agreed on an additional charge because the gutters in the front of the house that were less accessible than other areas hadn't been cleaned for some time. I have a 1905 QueenAnne Victorian and he told me as soon as he got started on the bay window in front that if he used the scrapper it could damage the glass because of its age. We agreed that he'd not scrape those in windows, apparently a normal part of their cleaning process. I was amazed that one person could get so much work done so quickly. Nowthat all the leaves have fallen next to the side of the house, I've been meaning to make an appt to bring them out again, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Date of service is very approximate.
