The service was a little rough around the edges. The technician who came out it was his first day on the job. He installed a couple of the screens incorrectly. We called them back and they sent him back out to properly install the screens.

I felt that it was kind of expensive. I was not expecting to pay as much as I was charged. I use another company now and paid a lot less.

All of the communications I have had with the provider have been good. They are quick to respond and will do what they can to meet your needs. If my mother ever chooses to let me get her a housecleaner I will be calling on this provider first.

There wasn't anything memorable but it was okay. They did what I asked. I don't like teams in my house. If I had known it was a team, I wouldn't have bought the certificates. Having many people in my house disrupts thing all at once.

On time, did a good job, no problems.

They were very polite and informative about their services. Their prices was very reasonable and did a very good job of cleaning the windows. They were accommodating to include cleaning the rear windows even though I didn't requested it before. They arrive 10 minutes early and started working on time.

We have used America's Best twice to clean our gutters, both time the staff was prompt, thorough and professional.

It went really good. He spent alot of time cleaning my patio gutter which is hard to clean. He cleaned up after the job was done. I am a very satisfied customer.

Everything was fine. They sent one person out to do the job. He was pretty good, but at the beginning there was a little bit of confusion but everything tuned out fine. He got the job done in half of a day.

The service was okay. I wouldn't say it was exceptional, but it wasn't bad. They took longer than I expected. I couldn't get all the windows done, because we didn't have enough time. They wait for you to call them, and I didn't realize that they wouldn't call to set up an appointment, and so it took a long while before they came out.

I scheduled / re-scheduled a couple times with the company and they were quite accommodating. On the morning of their scheduled appointment, they called and said they had to cancel as they didn't have a crew available for the job, and advised me to obtain refund from Angies List, which I did.

Initially late arriving...had problem with directions and traffic. Once they arrived they did an excellent job and although it got late they cleaned about 17 windows effectively.

The service showed up at the time promised. They quickly got to work, removing screens, washing them, and setting them aside to dry. All windows and tracks were thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Screens were re-installed. The crew was friendly and professional. I was quite satisfied and would use the company again, and recommend them to others. Even though I used their service with a coupon, they didn't cut corners.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. I would recommend this company to others.

They did a good job for what they could do. I thought they would be able to do a big window, but they didn't have the equipment. They were in and out very quickly. I don't think I would recommend them, because it wasn't something outstanding to me. I didn't like that they weren't prepared to do the big window. A young man came and he was very pleasant and polite.

They were very nice to work with. They could not do the work as I have a three story home. I did get a refund for the service.

The cleaner was not very professional in his behavior. He grumbled and complained. The quote that the company gave me over the phone by no means came close to the final price! It wound up more than 3 times the quoted price! I felt that this was a bait and switch routine which I will not fall for again!!!

We weren't unhappy with anything, we were happy with everything. Top notch. They put something on the windows that took forever to wear off, I am not sure what it was. It was a coating of some kind that is the only thing that we weren't happy with, we would like for them not to use this again in the future.

I wish I remember the name of the guy who came out. He worked efficiently and kept up an interesting conversation the whole time. I ran some ideas by him, and he gave me honest feedback based on his many years of experience. He gave me a bid (at a similar rate) for 3 more screens. The only negative is one of the screens began to work loose...I think it was my great-niece's fault for grabbing around the frame instead of using the handle (sliding door), but I wish it had held up better and longer.

The problem I have is they used a very wet mop on laminate floors causing the floors to bubble up. They should have used a wood floor cleaner and dry mop.

They did a great job. My windows were horrendous .

He found that the gutters were quite clogged. But he did a great job in cleaning out the gutters. There were no debris left behind.

It went really well. He was very professional and we had no complaints about them.
