Description of Work: This is an old provider service that was confused with another one, but after contacting AG the confusion was never rectified. This rating is for which ever one you choose.

Description of Work: Purchased Big Deal for rescreening of window & patio door. Was told window of 1-4 PM for tech to show up, he showed around that time frame, but stated he was busy that day, would take the screens with him and show up the next night to return them rescreened. WAsn't pleased, but I went along with it. Next night, tech shows up around 6-7 PM w/ window screen and with a friend to help screen the patio. After about 2 hours, they gave up and took the patio door with them to return the following night. Everything was brought in and 'installed' after some banging, hammering and 'adjustments'. | |I should mention at this point, I have Anderson windows and patio doors, I did not know at the time that these needed to be replaced as a unit rather than rescreened. Even still, a professional window screener should know this and should have advised that he couldn't rescren them, they should be replaced. | |In the end, I ended up with a window screen that is bent up beyond recognition and a patio screen that is already popping out of the spline. I emailed the main office, received one phone call back that I returned but got a voicemail. Never received a response and don't care to at this point. I just have to go out and purchase a new window & patio unit (which I should have done to begin with) but at least the old ones were semi-usable beforehand, just a small hole here or there, now there's giant gaps and as previously mentioned, the one frame is completely messed up.

Description of Work: They cleaned my windows, but I was surprised that there was a separate charge for each window inside and outside. The package was for 20 windows at $99.00. I spent an additional $290.00 to get all my windows cleaned inside and outside. I paid at the end of the service cause the job was done, but I was less than happy about the additional charge. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: Thier equipment broke down, so they needed to go to Home Depot and rent functioning equipment. There were two works on the job, while one went to Home Depot, they other just sat around. They could not remove the bullet mold, which was one of the main reason I wanted to have the house pressure washed. Part of the deal included several windows to be cleaned, they never did one window.

Description of Work: It was a bait and switch gimmick. The prices were advertised as very low but as soon as the man came to the house he stated that none of my windows qualified and the price became three times as much! The work dragged on all day and the worker left a mess, none of the screens were put back properly. I wound up replacing them myself.

Description of Work: Wording of offer totally misleading. Would never use Angie's List again.
