Description of Work: This company is scheduled from their home office in California. When I contacted them about no one showing up within the scheduled time frame, I was told they were "stuck on another job" and would be there within the hour. After that time period elapsed, I called again and was told that they were on their way. More of this until one of the crew showed up but didn't speak English. She only did the windows which she wanted to start doing. I called the company explaining that it didn't make sense to clean the windows when they would get sprayed afterwards from the power-washing. I was under a time crunch since this step needed to happen before the painters arrived in 2 days to paint the house. By the time the pressure-washer part of the crew arrived, it was close to dark. The machine they used wasn't very powerful and they had no time to do the windows. I did ask the scheduler why they wouldn't confirm the size of the jobs before scheduling and she said they just don't.

Description of Work: While they did come out pretty quickly after calling them, it was a horrible experience. He didn’t know what he was doing. He wouldn’t take off screens or climb up ladders. He also didn’t know how to remove storm windows.
