Customer service was excellent. Whereas another service on Angie's list never returned my phone call, Desiree was always available by phone, answered all my questions and kept in touch with me about when the screens would be returned. The price was very reasonable. I did not get the names of the two men who came to my house the first time. The young man who appeared to be a supervisor, and who came back the second time with the screens, was very polite and professional. I do have reservations about the other man, who actually washed the windows. He asked me if I lived alone, an unprofessional personal question that made me wonder about his motive.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, AND CLEANED THE WINDOWS THAT I REQUESTED. THE JOB REQUIRED A VERY TALL LADDER, AND THEY CAME PREPARED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WILL CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN.

They were scheduled to arrive between 12 - 2:00. They arrived at 1:45. They took a short lunch break and began to work around 2:00 and left close to 3:30. They removed all the screens, except those that were on the sliding doors. I thought they could have done a better job on one of the sliding door screens. If it weren't for that, I'd give them an "A" for the quality of their work. They brought their own tools and actually brought their own water, which makes sense since I assume the water they brought was deionized to cut through the nasty caked on lime, etc. leaving no streaks. The windows were beautiful and well worth the $65. If they hadn't left the remains of their lunch on my sidewalk, I would have given them a better score on "Professionalism"'. But I consider these issues small enough that I will more than likely use them again.

Timely and very professional. I loved the result -- great clarity on my windows which had not been done in a very very long time. The gentleman was clean, took his shoes off in the house and was very clear about expectations and price. When some of my windows were unable to be completely stain free because of water calcification, the gentleman explained the situation and told me alternative remedies. He genuinely felt badly that he could not perfectly clean every single window. He clearly cared about the work he was doing and that is a rare thing these days. I will definitely ask them back to my house for further work.

THEY'RE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WEREN'T INTRUSIVE AT ALL. THEY GOT ON WITH THE JOB AND WERE FINISHED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY QUOTED.
