Absolutely beautiful work. The gentleman they sent was detailed and thorough. They are simply the best for the money.

Got a call the morning of the scheduled appointment. They wanted to come early but it was not convenient for our baby's sleep schedule so we asked that the appointment to remain. They never showed up. When contacted about the problem, they offered to reschedule.

There were 2 guys on the job and they finished the work in about 4 hours. They did an excellent job.

Two representatives from America's Best arrived at my house, on time and very pleasant. I showed them which windows I needed cleaned and they went straight to work. They wore covers over their shoes to project my floors, which I thought was very considerate. One of the guys, Gilbert, went out of his way to make sure the windows were clean. He went over spots that were hard to clean (thanks to visiting sticky hands). After they finished, they asked me to look around and see if I saw anything spots that they may have missed.

The house has a lot of windows, many ceiling to floor, that were extremely dirty. They went out of their way to clean them and did a very thorough job. The two window cleaners were fast and efficient workers.

They followed up with me right away and got me scheduled in as soon as they could. I think with a company it all comes down to customer service for me and their customer service was absolutely fabulous!

I thought that I had received a very fair rate with America's Best. I just know it was fair. I have no complaints with them at all. Other people are much more expensive and I know because I have used some of them before. Anyways, I give them very high ratings for this list. They are wonderful.

I called Desiree after seeing their many "A" reviews on the list. I was in a bind and needed to have my windows cleaned very quickly and she came through in flying colors! She had a two person crew there the same day and they were fantastic. Personable, professional, thorough and fast. I couldn't be happier. We are residential builders and I will use this company for my many jobs in the future. Thanks to them for great service.

Great. Clean and better than any other services I've hired.

When I contacted the company they gave me costs for various types of windows, screens,etc. (My calculation was considerably less than the estimate of the workers) I was told that if I had an estimate made at my house which I didn't accept, it would cost me $25, which means that they do not give free estimates as claimed.

They were punctual. The guy that did the work seemed the entire time he was here. I will probably call them next year.

From the friendly and informative first call to the office, working out the best schedule, time of service and follow up on how the job went, I was really impressed and will use again.

They were friendly, prompt, and courteous. Even better, they did terrific work. I don't hesitate to recommend them.

They arrived and first did a walk-around to give us an estimate. They cleaned all the windows, screens and sills first once, then they went back and did a final clean. They did a great job.

They were very professional. They showed up on time, did a great job, and left my house clean. They were a really good crew.

They said they would be here between 11:00 and 1:00 and were here at 11:00. There were two men, both professional and polite. They explained what it would cost, and proceeded to do the work. They did an excellent job, they had to move some furniture and they put it all back. They also had to reconnect alarm screens, which they did. Overall, I was very pleased with their work.

My gutters were a mess. They hadn't been cleaned in at least ten years. We recently had our roof re-done, so they were full of debris from that, as well. We were told that the cleaning charge was $3 per foot. When the workers arrived, they measured the footage, and gave an estimate of $450. It was far more than I had anticipated. I guess I have more gutters than I thought. Sensing my surprise, the supervisor offered to clean only the parts that were really bad. I went on the roof, examined the gutters with him, realized that I didn't relish the thought of dragging the hose all around and doing the job myself, so in the end I had his worker do the whole job. He knocked $50 off the estimate. The job was fine (took a couple of hours), but I was surprised that they didn't attach any sort of catch basin at the end of the downspouts to collect all the debris. It basically washed into my planting beds, and they had to then rake everything out. Not very thoroughly, I might add.

The estimate was fair and matched what they ''guesstimated'' over the phone. The crew had all the proper equipment, started and ended the job in a timely manner, were courteous, and did a great job on the windows. A supervisor came to check on them. The only negative was that the supervisor used one of my bathrooms without asking ( I think that was inappropriate and unnecessary).

The company was very professional. They sent a supervisor and two additional workers. They completed all work in under two hours and did an excellent and professional job.

The three workers arrived an hour earlier than promised. They were very polite and worked diligently and quietly. They did a great job of cleaning the windows and replacing the screens. Minor quibble: They helped themselves to several chocolate candies in a dish (I don't mind that they took them -- they were probably pretty hungry, working without a break; but I thought it was a little unprofessional of them to take without asking). Overall, I was pleased with their service.

They did an excellent job, and didn't charge me a problem corner of my gutter. They cleaned 16 windows, 2 french doors, a garden window, and 19 screens for $126. I'd recommend them to everyone!

Desiree was able to schedule window cleaning the day after I called which was amazing. The guys showed up on time and did an excellent job. We will definitely use this company again. I love Angie's List!

Their actual price was much more than the phone estimate, but they did a good job.
