It was excellent. It seemed like a reasonable price. They came on time. They weren't messy. They seemed very professional and knowledgeable.

I've used them a couple of times and they always do a great job. They were prompt and everything was beautifully done. I called the owner and let him know how pleased I was.

They did the job quickly and were the most reasonably priced. They came out on a moment s notice; in fact it was Christmas week! I would hire them again in the future and am getting ready to.

The crew arrived on time and after a walk around the house confirmed the price before beginning the work. When the crew came indoors, they wore booties on their shoes and were extremely clean about their work. They were all very courteous and asked me when they were finished if I was happy with the job. I certainly was happy; the windows truly sparkled. They used deionized water on the outside which leaves no streaks or water spots.

Great. They were exactly on time, neat and efficient. They had come to do window cleaning only, and when they noticed several damaged screens, they volunteered to take them down the street to a hardware store for repair. Upon arrival at a hardware store, they were informed that the screen service was no longer available at that location. So, the gentleman bought the screening supplies himself, returned to my home and offered to do the repairs himself for the cost of the supplies and a minimal labor charge. I was delighted. I will definitely use this company again.

Disappointed in their work. A couple of screens and the side of the house have white marks left behind. A top window screen was not put back in the window.

A crew of two. Very thorough -- only one window wasn't spotless -- and extremely careful. Appreciated the fact that the crew either wore protective booties or took off their shoes while in the house. Cost was for 28 regular windows, 2 bay windows, french doors, 1 very high window in a stairwell, plus screens and tracks. I've tried to do this work myself -- ha! I'll never wash windows again. Be sure to mention the coupon when you book the job -- I forgot.

They were very good at calling me back. They were priced right and always on time. They were also very courteous when they called. I was very satisfied with the finished product. I would recommend them to anybody.

They came on time, the guys did not waste anytime and started their cleaning of windows, patio doors and screens. They brought their tools and cleaning detergent. They were fast and efficient, despite the fact it was very hot that day. They were great and we will use them again.

This company is awesome. They were so professional and unlike a lot of workers, treated me and my home with the utmost respect. They took their time even though I ended up having quite a few more windows than I had originally intended to clean. I plan to have them wash my windows twice a year I'm so thrilled with the work they did.

Excellent work. The two guys who came (Anthony and Kyle) were very conscientious about not tracking water into the house or getting water where it wasn't supposed to be. They came on time and prepared with all of their own equipment. Anthony showed me where I was getting moisture in between the panes of a few windows so that I can consider getting them fixed. They worked steadily - Kyle on the outside, Anthony on the inside. Great job!

They arrived right on time, in fact, a couple minutes early. They went right to work and didn't stop until everything was spotless. It actually took over 3 hours. Special thanks to Hugo and Victor, who did the work, and to Deseree (I hope I spelled her name right) who was on top of everything back at the office. We will definitely use them again.

I made an appointment with America's Best to arrive between 2:30 and 4:00 pm. Shortly before 4pm, their office called and said that the customer before me asked them to do much more work than was originally planned and that they would not be arriving until 6:30 pm, because of the business traffic. I told them that was OK, assuming that once they arrived, they would be done within an hour, because that had been my experience with other window cleaning companies. They arrived at 6:45, got started right away, worked quickly and efficiently and it still took them almost two hours to finish because they were so thorough. They took off all the screens and scrubbed them clean, which the other companies never did. Although I had initially thought that their $200 minimum price was too high, after seeing how spectacular my windows looked (and after applying my $10 Angie's coupon), it seemed quite reasonable. I was late for my dinner appointment that night - but it was worth it.

My appointment for the window washing services was scheduled for 6/17/08 between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 I called the company to find out when they would be here. No one was in the office to take my call. I left a voice message. Fifteen minutes later, one of the workers returned my call and said he was running late and would be here about 4:00 p.m. I called again at 5:00 and left a message asking them not to come as there would not be enough time left in the day to do this large job. At 5:15 the workers arrived and rang the bell. I told them that they were too late and I was cancelling the appointment. I found this company very unprofessional in the way that they handled this job. I should never have had to call them to find out why they were late. They should have had the courtesy to call me when they were running late to let me know when they felt they could be here and inquire if it would still be convenient to do the job at that hour. Frankly, I am amazed that Angie's List has given this service an "A" rating. I have lost a day in my professional job waiting for a service and also spent over an hour prepping my home for them to do the work. The result is I have lost a day's work and I still have to find a service to do this job.

Excellent job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and quickly. Were polite and courteous. The cleanest our our windows have ever been.

Woke up the other day and noticed that my windows, despite usually being hidden on the inside by wood blinds or shutters, were actually pretty filthy. It had, I realized to my horror, been over 5 years since their last professional cleaning. Eeeyuk. So, I went straight onto Angie's list, Found this highly rated company, spoke with Desiree Joachim, the owner, who said she happened to have a crew on a job in my area if I wanted to get the service that same day. It was convenient, so I went for it. I thought the guys she sent over did a really first rate job. They were punctual, courteous and extremely professional. My windows and screens have never been cleaner, and my streaky, smudgy mirror wall is now perfectly clear and looks great. I highly recommend.

Two workers arrived at 8:30 am, having been scheduled to come between 8 and 10 am. They were punctual, polite and considerate. At my request, they went around the house to count the windows and gave an accurate estimate of the cost prior to starting. They cleaned up after working each section of the house and were quiet and unobtrusive. I noticed they used a razor to chip off any remnants of old paint on the windows, which was appreciated and very unexpected. They were the best window cleaners I have every used, and will most certainly use this company again.

Anthony and his men (2) showed up exactly on time and got right to work. Very professional and courteous. The way that they cleaned the outside of the windows with special "water" that left no streaks was amazing. They just left and we already referred three additional customers to them. My husband and I were extremely pleased with their work and their price seemed very fair and reasonable. They left no mess and just really clean windows.

They are very professional and very friendly. I am very happy with the work. I have a large home and they were in and out in no time. They were very careful while inside my home.

I got an estimate over the phone and made an appointment for 2 weeks later (because of my timetable limitations, not theirs.) They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10 am. They arrived at 9:30 and - although that was within the time frame - Anthony apologized for not getting there earlier, but one of the crew had been in a minor car accident on the way in. They completed the job in less than 3 hours. They were quiet, efficient, thorough, flexible (working around other workers) friendly and polite. Small existing problems with my windows or screens were pointed out as they were discovered. They did a terrific job.

ABC gives you the price per window on the phone and sticks to the price. The work was done correctly. The workers were clean and prompt. Great service!
