It went very well. The young men worked hard and were pleasant to have in the house. We will use this service again.

They did a great job. My house looks amazing. They were really conscientious and took care not to get water in the house. They pointed out that some of the windows needed chalking and they were extra careful in these areas. The one thing that stood out is that they really made sure we were happy with the job.

Great experience. I wish it was that easy all the time!

This is an addendum to my first report, which said: What the did : nothing. First guy showed up at 9 without powerwasher. Called the company, someone else will be there At 10:30. No one showed. Called again at 11, left message. Two guys show up at 11:30, say they need 2 hours, but I told Company I had to leave at 12:30. They called company. I asked them to get someone here at 9 tomorrow Morning. Nope, they'll call you within an hour. Why don't I believe them? Addendum: But they did finally call and the guys came the next day. They were very nice and did a good job. I wonder if it really was a Big Deal because another review from 8 mos ago reported paying less for twice As many windows. I said i'd use them again but with caution.

They did a fantastic job. I would use them again in the future. I had purchased a Big Deal for window cleaning on the outside of the windows. I paid a little extra to have them clean the insides of the windows. I also purchased a Big Deal for gutter cleaning through this company and will be using them soon for that.

They were efficient and came on time. They sized up what we had to have done and did a good job. I will use them again in the future.

The work was completed as agreed. Everything went well.

This review is an addendum to my report of May 18th. On May 19th. I received a call from Desiree. We discussed my concerns about the job that was done and she told me that a misunderstanding had occurred on the estimate of the job. There was a coupon for window washing and somehow the technicians did not have complete knowledge of the change in the rates. Desiree went over the number of windows, the amount I had paid and what it should have included. She said that Cesar & Sigi would return on Fri. the 20th. and do the windows on the inside and redo the screens. On Fri. the 20th. Cesar & Sigi returned. We called Desiree and she told them what needed to be done. They did a very good job. The windows are cleaned (inside & out) and so are the runners and the screens. Mistake and misunderstandings do happen - the mark of a good company is the one that goes back and corrects the mistake and makes sure the client is satisfied. America's Best Window Cleaning...JOB WELL DONE!

I’ve used them for the last 5 years. They are so reliable and the windows just shine. They leave everything as clean as when they got here. There is nothing that they have to improve on. I highly recommend them and that’s what I tell anybody that asks me about window cleaning service. I tell them to give America's Best Window Cleaning a try.

We hired them because of Angie's Big Deal - which was $129 for 20 exterior windows. It was an extra dollar per screen and two dollars per window after the 20. There was also a charge to do the interior of the windows, but we just did the exteriors. We thought it was an odd deal - just the exteriors, but it was a good price and we needed our windows washed. They arrived on time and did a great job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They showed me some hard water stains that we have on some of the windows, which I figured were going to be there to stay, but they said they did have a solution to take care of hard water stains. He didn't have it with him, and it would have been an extra charge. I was amazed at what a difference it made. I knew the windows needed cleaning, but I was really surprised by how beautiful they were once they were all finished. We'll definitely hire them again.

I went with Angie's Big Deal on this one and was shown that the old adage is true, "you get what you pay for." America's Best showed up on time and I give them an "A" for punctuality and friendliness. Unfortunately, they were not invited over for a BBQ, but to pressure wash the house and windows. The pressure wash of the house went OK, but the windows were not done very well at all. Streaks and spots were left. The job itself rates a B, but the clean up and the mess left behind warrants a solid "F." I had my housekeeper clean my first story windows the day before only to have America's Best spray them with water and then allow the water spots to dry in the sun, they didn't clean those windows, same with my patio doors (not included in the Big Deal price), but they sure dirtied them up. I spend a good 45 minutes cleaning those first story windows and patio doors, making me late for work. I found my BBQ covered in whatever grunge they pressure washed off the house and eaves and it was all over my patio too. It took me another 1/2 hour to clean up that. I then found my door mats scattered on my back lawn and to my utter disappointment, they left my gate open when they left and my dog ran away (I did find him later on, but it gave me good cause to worry) The Big Deal price was supposed to include 15 windows, but you should know that this price only includes basic, small windows, anything more than that counts as many as two or three windows and its $5 a "window" thereafter. I wish I could have given these folks an "A" because they are really nice people and friendly as can be. But the quality of the work, the mess left behind and the lack of clean up, not to mention leaving my gate open, rates only a "C" all things considered.

The team arrived, hooked up their hoses, and immediately started power washing the outside of the windows. When they were done, the inside team cleaned the insides of the windows, methodically using a small mop and squeegee. They wore shoe covers at all times and left absolutely no mess. They inspected each pane of each window and cleaned up any remaining dirt spots.

Victor was there on time, was very professional. He finished in a timely manner and the job was done great. I will definitely call America's Best again!

While they were a bit later then they had planned, they did an excellent job. This is the second time we've hired them and we will continue to use them in the future. In addition to being exceedingly professional they are very friendly and go above and beyond. No detail is too small for America's Best. We highly recommend them!

The guys were scheduled to arrive Saturday afternoon but called earlier to see if they could start earlier because they had finished their other jobs. I am pleased to report they showed up at my house 10 minutes later, and had the entire job done, inside and out, in about an hour and a half. My windows have NEVER been this clean. I honestly can't believe how quick they were. I will definitely use this service again.

They were punctual, thorough, respectful, and efficient.

I was apprehensive about getting my windows professionally washed, but these guys were pros from start to finish. Hugo and Tony did a great job and were very respectful of my home and property both inside and out. This as well as doing a good job was very important to me. I would definitely use this company again.

Front office was terrific. They scheduled me for the next day and kept me apprised of arrival time. Service was very professional and the team (Gilbert and Henry) did a great job. This is the second time I've used this company and I will definitely use them again.

America"s Best sent 2 people to clean the exterior of our windows (29 in all). They arrived on time and took about 1 1/2 hours to do the job. We had one skylight that they cleaned inside and out for us. We were very happy with their responsiveness and quality of work. The appointment was easy to make which we arranged 2 days in advance.

I spent about $300. They were very good. They brought a large team with them and they were very thorough. I will use this company again in the future.

Everything went well. They arrived on time and did a great job with the cleaning.

I needed to get the job done quickly. They were able to schedule me the day after I called. The workers showed up on time, got to work immediately, and worked diligently for almost six hours. The house has many old-fashioned Pella double-paned windows that have to be disassembled and washed on all four sides. These windows have never looked so good in the twelve years I've lived here! I needed to leave the house before they finished, and they didn't have a problem with leaving an invoice and receiving payment later. One minor issue: one of the window screens was not re-installed properly, and my escape-artist cat discovered it before I did, naturally. Fortunately, I was able to lure him back inside before he became coyote food.
