They came in and did a great job. THey were punctual and friendly. I would call them again and recommend them to anyone.

Overall, this company did an adequate job. I was satisfied with the results of their work, but when they completed the job it felt as if they just disappeared. They didn’t touch base to see if we had any questions or concerns, which I thought was odd.

I highly recommend America's Best! Desiree made the planning so easy by telling me over the phone the estimated cost of services and helping to make arrangements around my availability and needs. I was really pleased with the estimate - on par with others I checked with even before taking into account the Big Deal they have on Angie's List. The America's Best guys arrived on time and ready to go. We did a walkthrough of the house and they were good about telling me what they thought needed to be replaced as opposed to just cleaned or adjusted, which was less than I was expecting to need done! It's great to get an honest assessment of the work rather than an upsell without consideration of my actual needs. In addition to being professional and honest, the guys were super efficient and did a great job. I could not be more pleased with the final result. My windows are sparkling and the screens are repaired - no more flies coming into the house through mysterious holes! In summary if you are in the area served by America's Best do not hesitate to go with them for pleasant service, professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding results!

One worker did the job. He arrived at my house right at 8:00 a.m., which was the scheduled start time, and we initially walked around the house because I wanted to ask if he needed me to move anything else out of the way. He then got right to work. I was very impressed by his work ethic. He completed the work in around three or three and a half hours; I don't recall the exact time he left. I am very happy with the job. Nice guy; arrived on time; and impressive work ethic. What more can you ask for? My house looks so much better now.

They were really good. They were very accommodating. I had to change the appointment and that went fine. I was very pleased with the work they did and the man who came out was very friendly.

These guys are outstanding. the workers showed up at the top of the hour instead of the end of the hour and went right to work. They were polite and diligent. We have 8 panes in every window and they were cleaning them like they were their own windows. They even cleaned my garage window!!! I highly recommend Joe and America's Best Window Cleaners!!!

I bought the exterior house power washing plus window washing special and scheduled it for the following week. They arrived exactly on time and completed the job in about 2 hours. I also added on cleaning the screens for a few dollars more. My windows, screens, and house are sparkling! I am very happy and highly recommend their services!

They showed up on time. They were quick, efficient, and very pleasant to have around. They washed all of our windows inside and out as requested, were careful of our roof as we have a two story house, and did the inside and outside of the skylight over our staircase. They replaced two screens that had deteriorated after they asked if we would like it done. They cleaned the window tracks inside and out, used drop cloths and wore booties inside the house to protect the carpet and were very clean and careful. We have had another provider who we have liked who could not get to us when we needed it. These gentlemen were a better value, very thorough and did not use any harsh chemicals that would harm our window seals and plants. We would ask for Hugo and Henry again. Angieslist, you have come through for us again.

I really love their service. They were fabulous! They are going to come to our home every other month and clean our windows.

I called for an appointment and discussed pricing based on my rough count of windows and location (ie how high). I was given a rough estimate of $175 and was told the cleaner would give me a more accurate estimate upon arrival and I had the option of just getting $175 worth of cleaning done or the estimate for everything. It seemed straight forward enough and I based my decision to proceed upon previous reviews. The two workers showed up on time and walked my home and gave me an estimate of $260.00 and said it would take about 3 hours. I think the actual time was about 2 hours. While not a "super great deal" I did feel the price was fair enough and decided to get the work done. I thought $200 would have been a good deal considering I get my whole house cleaned by two people for 4 hours for $120.00. The cleaning went along fine and the windows looked great. I do have to mention that ALL the windows in my home were newly installed two months prior and were pretty clean but as typical with installers they were not professionally clean. My big concern was that when the sun sets you could see the streaks and film from the windex we had been used which looked awful. The workers left a streak free clear window and I was satisfied. I would hire America's Best again for my windows and would recommend them. But I would also shop around if I had the time and was interested in saving $60-80.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They arrived on time and when finished at one residence went directly to the other. Although it's been pretty hot today they kept going at a steady pace.

They gave great service and professionalism. I had two cracked window's, as soon as I got that fixed they would be right out at no extra charge. They drove from the San Fernando Valley, which is a very long way to my house. They were on time and finished quickly.

He did a very nice job. He was on time and courteous. I ended up having him tint the glass door we had in our family room as well. he has great attention to detail. He had to cut out the tint to fit very small areas in our wall window. I was really pleased with his work. I found him through Angie's List Big Deal. He is about 30 miles from where I live and he said he could service my home, plus the price was right. I would use him again. Desiree was a wonderful contact person. I contacted her a few times with questions and she was great.

What went right: 1. Worker showed up on time. 2. Worker was professional and courteous. 3. Worker was fast and efficient. What went wrong: 1. Worker carelessly adjusted two of our blinds and caused me to have to spend half an hour fixing them. (had to re-tied pulls and reconnect pull enclosures). Blinds that were attached at bottom previous to cleaning were left unattached. 2. Poor attention to detail in comparison with my regular cleaner. It appeared that only the glass was cleaned and not the inside of the glass frames. A lot of dirt collects in the corners and the bottom of those frames and it was left untouched. A quick wipe with a cloth would have done the trick (I'm not talking about the tracks, but the frame around the glass itself). 3. One of the screens that I paid to have cleaned was untouched. I discovered this a few days after the work when cleaning the blinds for that window. This was average work, not nearly up to the solid "A" rating that this company has recevied by other reviewers. If you just care about getting your glass cleaned, these are the guys. If not, carefully screen your window cleaner before hiring. I chose this company because they were part of a "Big Deal" and I had never signed up for one before. My assumption is that they would do the work in the manner to which I had been accustomed by my regular service provider; i.e. extreme attention to detail, thorough window track cleaning, in short, making the entire window look new again. It is my fault that I didn't dig deeper when I called the provider. Still the lack of attention to detail, missing a screen I paid for and screwing my blinds up was inexcusable regardless of up-front expectations.

This team, Jose and Michelle, had more energy than the Energizer bunny himself! They were very enthusiastic, professional, friendly and easy to work with, and very flexible in the way they did the work. As I explained above, I had not planned to have the interior of the windows cleaned, thinking I would do it myself later on. After we negotiated a price and Michelle started to do the interiors, I realized that I had stored a lot of stuff in the areas in front or to the sides of several of the windows, making it difficult for her to have access to them. I immediately tried to clear the way for her as much as I could. She was great about it, and made a tremendous effort to thoroughly clean the windows, with no complaining about the obstacle course she had to maneuver around to reach certain windows. Another problem was the older mini-blinds on almost all the windows which were difficult to pull up and then pull down again after the cleaning was finished. Jose worked outside, cleaning the exteriors of the windows which included both the first and second story of the house. I live on a hillside and it was not easy for him to set up his equipment on the narrow strip of land at the top, but he did it and the windows (as well as the screens) just looked fantastic when he and Michelle both finished their work. This is the first time I used this company but it will not be the last. I noticed they provide other services and I will be calling on them again. I have told several friends about this company in hopes of sending more business their way. This positive experience is the reason I try to use Angie's list whenever I hire someone to do work on my house. .

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Seemed like a great price for our small house. What an understatement! The team consisted of 3 people. I was able to get the gutters cleaned while the window interiors and screens were being cleaned (separate charge per screen / interior window). The work was therefore done very quickly. The team was friendly, courteous, and careful, and even wore little booties in the house to protect the hardwood floors. We will definitely use them again.

they were early which worked out well, they took precautions to ensure that they did not bring dirt into the house. They were quick and good.

Repair man arrived within the appointment time frame. He was very nice and I explained to him what needed to be done. I purchased the Big Deal which was to have five screens replaced but when we went through the screens on the house, I really only needed two screens replaced. Since I also needed to have a new screen and frame built for one of my windows for which it was going to be an additional charge, America's Best Window included the new screen frame in the price of the Big Deal because they felt I was not getting my values worth by having only two screens replaced instead of five in the deal. I think that is what sets a business apart from other businesses. I appreciate their good business sense and practice and that is why I would use them again and recommend their services. Thanks!

Jose was exceptional, he arrived on time, insisted on taking his shoes off when in our home, and he displayed an attention to detail that was very appreciated. I will not use any other company for these services.

Difficulty setting up an appointment. You leave a message, and play phone tag for days. Girl answering phone did not do a good job of explaining services and additional charges, like tracks were extra (2.50 per track..plus they had to use my vaccume cleaner), and any windows that were above arm length were 10.00 extra. I was not aware of any of this until the guys were done and I got my bill...ouch. My 129.00 Big Deal Coupon plus the additonal fees brought my total window cleaning fees to almost 250.00! OUCH. I only have 18 windows and a single story house. Decalcifying was offered on one window for 25.00. I declined. The staff that came out to do wash the windows were wonderful. Professional, hard working, nice, felt it was very important that all the windows were 100% perfect. The windows look amazing. I would hire the guys, not the company!

They removed the screens very carefully so as not to damage the frames, because I was only having a re-screening. It took them approximately 90 minutes for all the re-screening and the one new screen frame with screen. They picked up all the materials and left everything very neat. I would definitely use them again.

I bought "A Big Deal" voucher and made an appointment with them for a Saturday so I can monitor the job. Victor, their worker came in on time, in fact a bit early which was great. He was very professional, thorough, and fast. He had the right and proper instruments, solution and came very prepared. He did a wonderful job of cleaning the upper windows and screen. He was able to finish the job in 2 hours which was amazing since he had to go up and down the ladder. They really know their stuff and will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends as well.

The job didn't go quite as well as another job I've had done recently. They showed up on time, literally at the last possible minute, which is okay with me. I can live with that. The guys who came over were really nice and friendly. I liked them very much, but the job they did wasn't quite perfect. They basically collected leaves from the gutters. When I had roofers come next week, the gutters had a lot of muck at the bottom. They basically just collected the leaves and left the mud at the bottom. They worked for twenty minutes. They responded right away when I asked them to do something in particular. When the roofers came, I saw what the job was like. I contacted them, and I was supposed to send the pictures. I'm not sure if it's entirely my fault or their fault. I haven't heard from them since. They said they would schedule some clean-up. They were really nice, friendly guys, but the job wasn't great.

Everything worked out except that they broke one window hinge and I have to get someone to come out and repair that. The window cleaning was fine and they did well on the screen job too. Their price was okay but not the best. They were punctual for the appointment but I asked them to clean the screens and they had promised to come on a Saturday but ended up coming on the following Monday. They did keep calling and updating me though. They are okay.

Great job. Arrived on time, were very professional, extremely neat, left no mess at all, dealt with shuffling our two large dogs around. I had them clean all the windows and sliding glass doors inside and out on two homes that I have. On one they also repaired approx 10 screens and they also cleaned 42 solar panels on my roof. I would definately use them again.
