this was the second time I had used these folks, and was just as pleased as the first time.

The gutter cleaning was fine. They came out on time and did a good job. I don’t think they cleaned up well.

They did a nice job. They did a few windows and then wanted to clean more windows for additional cost. One other person from the company came out once to clean the furnace vents and he did a great job.

I haven’t used the service yet, but they have been good to work with getting appointments. The reason we haven’t had it done is because I became very sick for months and had other things come up. They have been very understanding and flexible. I am anxious to use them.

Great. On time and no upcharges. All work done to my satisfaction.

It went well and I was overall happy. The end result was very nice in my 4-story home and they were also very efficient and on time. Great price! I can’t think of anything they could have possibly done to make it a better experience. I was also impressed by their professionalism.

The company that came out and actually did the work was great. America’s best was very difficult to deal with. They were not professional in their dealings me. The actual workers that completed the work. Knew what they were doing they were careful and overall excellent people.

They're service is okay, they washed and swept outside, they just not came on time. I will still use them in the future.

They did a good job and were thorough. They were prompt and professional. They were also friendly and eager to makes rue that I was pleased with the service. There were things that I thought would cost extra, but they didnt at all.

As I recall, it all worked out fine. I don’t think we realized that they were just going to do the outside and not the inside. We did reach an agreement, but it was years ago so I don’t exactly recall how.

They were quick and cleaned them very thoroughly. There were no problems with scheduling.

They did a great job. They were at the home about 3 hours. However, they left some type of film on the inside of the window which left a cloudy situation every day. I wouldn't want them to use that same solution next time.

I tried to contact them three times. I was unable to reach them, so I had Angie's List reach out to them, who was also unsucessful. I ended up getting a refund and going with someone else.

My experience was mediocre. I did not feel that it was a deep cleaning, it seemed more of a surface clean. There were two cleaners here and they were here just about 4 hours to complete the work. They were cordial and professional. They also cancelled once on me and I had to re-schedule for another time.

I don’t recall any scheduling issues. If I remember correctly, my husband wasn’t happy with the job because they just used water and everything else was additional. Using just water wasn’t effective. My husband called the office about it and they weren’t very responsive.

See my previous review - I don't know why Angie's List keeps hounding me to provide a review for this company, when I already have - TWICE! The person doing the work was great. There is absolutely no way in the world that what he did would possibly be "valued at over $500." But, alas this is the problem with Angie's List - people have to claim the value of their service is so so much higher than it actually is in order to make their minimum earnings on a coupon deal.

Showed up at the scheduled time with 4 employees which made the job so fast and it was professionally done.

They did a great job. The house was looking sad and dingy and when they were through, it looked as if it had been repainted. I am extremely pleased.

I did not call in time to have lights put up, so I called and had them take them down. They did exactly what I asked and the people handling the scheduling desk were very accommodating. I would definitely use them again.

One lady worker was excellent, but her assistant was not so motivating. She was vacuuming around and it showed that part of the house to be neat. It took longer than 4 hours to clean my house and I don't consider my house necessarily dirty normally. I ended up going the next step up to complete the job. I had to pay additional for the job. It was a little different. The house was cleaned. I would not use them again. The price is good. My husband got me a gift, but it turned out to be more expensive gift than he anticipated. Initially, the price was good, but it doubled by the end. The woman who was in charge, a few times when I glanced at her, she was diligently working; but her helper not so sure. They were right on time.
