We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for seasonal rain gutter cleaning for $99 since the price was very good. The appointment was easy to schedule and the crew arrived promptly, all pluses. They did a thorough job clearing the leaves from the rain gutter. However, when my husband went up to the roof to inspect the work, he noticed that the crew did not remove the other debris (leaves, twigs, small branches, etc.) from the roof. If it had rained again, those items would have washed right into the newly cleaned rain gutters, so he asked the team to brush off the roof too, which our regular rain gutter company would have done as a part of the service without being asked. America's Best did clear the roof debris as requested, but left the pile of leaves and twigs that was cleared right near my front porch/door. My green transh bin was not that far away, but I get that they were hired to clear the gutters, not anything else - including putting the debris in a transh bin. Overall, they did a good job with the rain gutter cleaning, but I feel this is not a company that goes above and beyond in customer service - just what they were hired to do exactly by contract. Also, the additional per linear feet cleaning rate for rain gutters that exceeded the Big Deal allowance was higher than our normal gutter cleaning service. We will return to the regular vendor that we have used in the past.:

Experience was fine. Only negative: I told them I knew we had more than 15 windows. I asked them to make sure to do the top floor (the view windows) and definitely not to do the privacy windows. They did not follow my instructions at all and left our view windows and sliding doors messy with spots all over them.

Excellent, efficient, and courteous service, even in difficult to reach spots

Only one small snag. I purchased two packages because of the number of windows we wanted tinted. The installer saw the two and thought it only meant two windows. I explained to him I bought two packages that equated to so many square feet. Once we got that cleared up, it went well. He did have to come back a second time because he didn't have enough of the right tint color which he wouldn't have known until he arrived which tint color I would choose. It works great and I will do that any time I move to a new location.

Hugo arrived on time. Cleaned the windows inside and out with minimal interference, and did a great job. The windows literally "sparkle." Expectations exceeded.

They were supposed to arrive at our house at 9am, but at 9:20, they called saying that they don't service our area. I understand that things happen, but I would have appreciated more notice that they wouldn't be able to do the job as my wife and I rearranged our schedule so we could be here.

I stayed home from work for the cleaning people, but since they didn't arrive at 9, I had to cancel my carpet cleaning appointment for 12:00, and I had to miss work all day.

They responded quickly, showed up on time, and did a professional job! I would definitely use them again!!

They were great. I thought that the price was really high. However, the people that came out were terrific. I could choose to have them do any kind of house cleaning I want. Two people were sent for two hours or one person for four hours to clean anything I wanted them to do. I could have them clean my stove; wash my windows, gutters and whatever I wanted. My kitchen is big, it is hard for me to move the stove and the refrigerator, and they moved everything. They moved every appliance and thoroughly cleaned my kitchen. I have tile floors and tile cabinets, tile counters, and all my cupboards are oak. They washed every cupboard. They were willing to check out every pot and pan I had and wash the shelves and pots but I only had two hours. They offered to stay longer and charge me $30 an hour or to do more. I didn’t want to do that at the time. I just had them do what I wanted and sent them away. I thought they were a little high and I spoke with other people who have had their kitchens cleaned. However, they did a fabulous job. I would have them back but I don’t think I would pay them that much money for one room. I would use them but I would talk to them about money.

Jose was very friendly and showed me how to clean the windows myself if I needed to. It was a positive experience. The quality was great. I will use them again in the future when they get really dirty again.

They fixed two screens for me and cleaned my windows. They were very good priced.

PLEASE REVERSE UP AND BOTTOM: Paid $129.00 to have 5 windows cleaned in 45 minutes.

It was easy to schedule. The guy arrived on time. Before he got there I measured the linear feet of my house so I would know exactly what he was contracted to do and so he wouldn’t do more because there was an upcharge if he did more than 100 linear feet. He came; he was a really nice man. He did a terrific job. There was some storm damage on our roof that we didn’t know about that he told us about. Overall it was a good experience.

Bought $119 gutter cleaning 'big deal.' Got a call at 7:57 AM that they were starting. Got a call at 8:20 AM that they were done.For two guys, that amounts to 180$/hr for each guy. Seemed a little steep of a price for the amount of time it took them...even with travel time and cleanup. Then, they asked me if I wanted to pay $40 extra for cleaning leaves off my roof. I couldn't really understand why because when I had been on my roof a few weeks ago all the leaves were just near the downspouts which I thought was part of the deal. I called the company and they said that it was a separate service. I guess it was fine, but I definitely did not feel that I got any kind of "big deal." Next time I'll buy a longer hose and a ladder and save a bunch of money.

They were able to do windows that were second story and higher. They were professional. They came and did the job quickly.

America's Best lived up to their name. The phone representative was very polite and helpful. The crew was on time and washed every window inside and out and every screen in a timely fashion and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

We had them clean all windows in two of our buildings. They worked hard and did a quality job. They were right on time and extremely professional. Would def. use them again.

It had been some years since I had the rain gutters cleaned. I used a special promotion for a specific area of rain gutter to be cleaned. The house's total rain gutters were about 70% more area than the promotion covered. The professional from America's best offered to do the worst of the rain gutters to keep within the promotion or he could price the full house. I asked him to price the full house area that was over the promotional limit. I decided to have him clean all the rain gutters for an additional $270 on top of the promotional price of $120. for the limited area the promotion specified The rain gutters were full of debris and it took him three hours. He did an exceptional job and took me up on the roof to inspect his work. He also cleaned up any over flow from flushing out the gutters at the end of his cleaning. Excellent job, good clean up.

He arrived on time, was friendly, charged only for the work done, and did a great job.

They were excellent and they exceed expectations. They went far and above what I would have expected window cleaners do.

I don’t know how I can check the quality of their work, but they seemed to do a good job. The men were very professional. Their punctuality was good enough. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Since I was having the service during the holiday season, it was very convenient to have 4 workers work in different areas all at once. That way they were able to finish cleaning my entire home in only one hour and I could get on with all my holiday errands.

I called and set a date. He arrived on time. We talked about the order of things to do. I told him about my concern with water getting in the old house. I told him the windows were old and needed to be hand washed and not sprayed heavily with the hose. Once he got started, I reminded him again, and it went well. It was all done in a timely manner. We were pleased with the work done.
