It went well, quality was good and the guy came on time.

Tech arrived on time and cleaned gutters very quickly. Good job and very professional.

Their old canister vacuum left so many nicks in my kitchen floor, I thought it was still dirty when I went in to look. all 3 of them were in the kitchen for the majority of the time chatting on their cell phones. they didn't touch the living, family,dining, hallways and 2 Lg. bedrooms. The bathroom looked like my 13 year old had cleaned it. I hired them for 3 hours, only got 2 and then they were walking out the door on a terrible job when I stopped the "foreman" and asked where they were going? He informed me that they were done and if I was unhappy, i would have to pay more money for him to leave a few girls behind for another hour. what was supposed to be a $185 job for 3 hours ended up being a $400+ job done badly for the same amount of time. include the things the broke and tried to hide and my chewed up floor, and maybe you can understand why i've been hesitant to write a review on these people. NEVER AGAIN1

I have a 2 story house with gutters on both levels. He scooped out all the crud that had been collecting for years, bagged it and placed it in yard waste can. Very friendly, efficient young man.

They were terrible. They used dirty rags. I was also charged for additional windows when I could've done them myself.

I am sorry I do not remember all the details since the service was some time ago. America's Best called to schedule appointment for $99 window cleaning, up to 20 windows, one side, additional cost for anything above that service. I informed them that my home is three stories with no roof access from the inside, please bring ladders to reach the third story. They stated they would make the appropriate notes. 3 workers came to the appointment on time. we talked about the windows I would like cleaned. I asked how much it would be to also clean the front door (with windows) and French back door. They stated only 10 dollars extra per door. We agreed verbally. They did not bring an appropriate ladder so they had to enter my house to access the 2nd and 3rd floors for which they were not prepared- no slipper shoes or drop cloths. They completed the task and came in to collect payment. The owner then presented me with a bill for over $400, with an address and business card w/o the America's Best logo. I refused to pay that amount as it was not the amount agreed before start of service. He stated he used a power washer which cost $250 to remove from the van. we reviewed the conversation we had just 1 hour before and after much discussion agreed to approximately $200. The person was not going to leave my house without any concession from me. After they left and I calmed down I found that they had forgotten to clean one of the third floor windows totally. I will not be using America's Best and have advised everyone else I know of this episode. I have written to America's Best but there was not reply. I also completed a survey for Angie's list which it appears you did not receive/review.

The provider was not very cooperative or friendly when it came to scheduling an appointment. They limited what days and what it covered. They claimed that the deal was no longer being offered and that I needed to schedule it soon. Lack of flexibility, friendliness, and options led me to just let this deal lapse. I was going to have to end up paying more when it came down to what services I actually needed, and I got a bad attitude from this company, so I decided to cut my losses. Back when Angie's deal's first started, I assumed that the deals were all from companies with good reputations. I was upset with both the provider, and with Angie's List for selling these deals with all kinds of catches and limitations -- not very consumer friendly.

All went well. Did a nice job.

He followed through as promised. Gave a great price. Was very proficient.

They did exterior window cleaning. My windows were grimy and I had some friends coming in from out of town. America's Best were helpful and they were able to fit me into their schedule on a tight schedule. They showed up on time, did a very good job and I was happy with the results. The office staff was efficient and friendly.

Purchased as a special for $99. They informed me of the total cost right away, but because gutters weren't that bad they cleaned all for the special price. Left area around my house neat. Very friendly.

It was okay. The windows were not cleaned as well as the last time they were done. A couple were missed and at least one screen fell out of the window.

They never returned any of our calls.

He worked very throughly and was very careful. I was very impressed.

Cleaned the gutters as specified. Just be aware of upselling techniques when using a special based on linear feet.

It turned out very well. It was a fair price for the service rendered.

I had purchased the Angie's List deal for exterior window cleaning. When I called to schedule, it took them awhile to call me back. When the man showed up for the cleaning, I was told that it costs more for the type of windows I have, which have all those little dividers in them. It would have cost me an additional $150. However, the nice man agreed to clean 15 of my 20 windows at no additional cost. I thought that was very nice. The worker himself was wonderful and very accommodating. I was not that impressed with the company though.

They power washed the house, washed the outside windows and the screens. They did a pretty good job.

Purchased a deal from Angies list and decided to schedule my window cleaning. They also had a special to rescreen the windows which included 5 for 100 dollars for small/regular sized windows and I believe it cost 30 for any additional after the 5. To rescreen my 2 sliders cost 75 dollars each. Once I spoke with the company I found out that there was an additional charge for my windows because they consist of several window panes versus one flat window. They also charged extra for my small custom window. I believe they charged 5 dollars extra for each window. They sent two men to do the job. They were very nice and on time. They were very nice and did a good job. I did think all the little additional charges were a bit much but I would still recommend this company as long as you know an exact number before hiring.

It did not go well. Expected to pay much less and when I pushed for answers as to why it costs so much, I got extremely broken English and no resolution. I was upset to say the least. The house was not that bad and I felt I was taken advantage of. Very unprofessional.

They did a perfect job. They windows were spotless and streakless when they finished, the screems were completely clean, and all the dirt that came off them had been washed away. They were polite, professional, and good to work with.

The service turned very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. We had used them before in the past. The technicians do excellent work and the pricing is very reasonable. The also make sure to clean the screens. It is typically $10 a window. Scheduling has not been an issue.
