They came to fix our AC within an hour of contacting them. They fixed our AC so fast and paid a very reasonable price. He did not try to sell me on more things that my system needs but instead said when you are ready this is what I recommend. I will be calling them again for sure !

I asked for an estimate and was told they were still looking for problem. I asked what the repair would cost and was told about $150. They repaired the problem without written estimate or my OK. When I was given a bill it was for $250. When I asked about just an estimate. They responded with, we found the problem and decided to just fix it since they were right there ...... for $100 more than quoited. I should not have paid that amount but was in a state of shock. Get written estimate up front.

This was my first time using HomeAdvisor. I was not sure what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised with both the speed in which I got a reply and the professionalism I experienced with Allen Air. Two thumbs up!

Ron with Allen Air is excellent, honest, and fair. Compared to another company that came to look at our heating Ron saved us $550. This other company just started listing parts that were not working and were going to charge us so much, thank God we heard from Ron to get a second opinion. Once Ron came out he truly analyzed the problem and found it was just a simple wiring problem. He fixed the wires and had our heat running all within a half hour. I ll be recommending Allen Air and using them for all our services in the future.

They were on time and took their time to find and isolate the problem. Once the problem was discovered they got the replacement part and installed it quickly.

Ron from Allen Air was extremely helpful during the entire process: from the fir call, the on site evaluation and the actual repair day. He came the same day to see the unit and reconfirmed what he said on the phone and provided a confirmed estimate and price quote immediately. His company was friendly and professional and LOCAL! We believe in supporting our local professionals. The day he came to repair our Air Conditioner, he arrived on time and finished the entire job in a few hours - everything was cleaned up and looked great. By the way, later that day our next door neighbor stopped over to say how happy he was we changed the air conditioner compressor -- he said it was so quiet he could hardly hear it now! Ron of Allen Air responded immediately on a Saturday morning and arrived within minutes. He quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem (capacitor), replaced it, cleaned the coils and tidied up a previous repair by someone else. Friendly, conscientious and all round good guy. Highly recommended.

Ron goes out of his way to accommodate you. He is on time, up front, and no B.S.. I had another company tell me that they couldn't repair my unit and that I would need a new system to the tune of $5500.00. Ron came out the next morning at 5:15 am to accommodate my schedule. Within 30 minutes he had my A/C unit running great and the total cost with parts and labor was $350.00. I would highly reccommend this company.
