These guys are great. I explained to the Allen air people about what I could afford as my wife and I are retired. My old a/c heating system after 32 years died on us during of course in a heat wave they came in and installed an entire new 5 ton system in less than 5 hrs. If you want and honest family owned business for your a/c heating needs hire them. I would have given 6 stars but the rating system only goes to 5 stars:

I have a very old ac system and it didn't cool the house properly. They fixed my leak without having to replace the whole unit, which saved me a lot. Works great now and the whole house is cool. Very nice guys, courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this family owned business with ties to the community.

Had a new Heating & Air system installed 16 months prior (by a different company). Came home one day and the air was blowing, but no cold air was coming out. Called Ron late on a Sunday night and he was out the next morning. It was exactly what he thought it would be over the phone, a blown compressor, which he was able to confirm once he got there and had the cold air flowing again in 10-15 minutes. He also mentioned adding a surge protector type piece for the compressor so it wouldn't happen again for $80, but I wanted to wait until the company that installed the unit had a chance to look everything over since they were able to come out on Wednesday morning. They said the new compressor looked good and when I brought up the protector they said they could install one for $450. Passed on that, but will have Ron do my annual maintenance moving forward and next time he is out here I will have him add on the surge protector as well.

I hired Allen air to repair my AC after a Freon leak. I ended up replacing my entire system , as a repair would only offer temporary relief. Ron and his team were extremely professional, and were able to replace my entire system within about a day and a half. Ron offers great customer service as well. Every time I called with questions of concerns he always answered, they were very thorough, and went above and beyond in meeting my repair needs. I Highly recommend Allen Air.

I just wanted to share how honest Ron is. I had called another company first. They could not find the problem, but were happy to order and overcharge for parts I didn't need. Ron was at my house just 5 minutes before he found the problem, and guess what...I didn't need any new expensive parts! I am now a loyal customer and cannot recommend Allen Air enough!

Ron was very responsive! I got a call from them immediately (Thanksgiving) and they came over the very next morning. The system needed a new fan and motor which had to be ordered, so they wouldnâ t be back until the following Wednesday! He found parts closer so he was here on Monday instead and now we have heat again! They were also very good about paying attention to COVID requirements as well. I would highly recommend Ron and Chris.

Ron contacted me the right away and we scheduled an inspection first thing in the morning. He and crew found the problem quickly and got my AC running nice and cool. Fair price and fast service.

Saturday night our central air went out. It was 114 degrees that day and was going to be just as hot on Sunday. In desperation I called Allen Air and the owner called me back 10-15 minutes. It was 10:15pm. He came over the next morning and thankfully got everything working. They had a flat rate for work on the weekends but you know what? I didn't care. It was worth it having central air in 110+ degree whether.

I connected with them through HomeAdvisor and they INSTANTLY called me for a quote right after I literally submitted the request and before the other 2 companies. Ron was very personable and knowledgeable and offered possible issues over the phone and was able to check out the a/c unit the same day. They showed up on time and professional and dove right into the first possible issue and found the problem right away and were able to fix it for a reasonable amount. Our a/c is now back up and running great! I highly recommend them.

My a/c condenser motor froze up in 100+ weather. I used homeadvisor.com and saw Allen A/C company. Ron the owner of Allen A/C called right back at 8:30 pm, he scheduled me for the next day. Ron showed up on time and gave me a good estimate of the repairs needed. Ron was able to get all the parts needed including the condenser motor and repaired it right then. We are very happy and pleased with Allen A/C, with the price we paid and the excellent service Ron Allen provided. We would recommend Ron and his company to our friends & neighbors.
