Just a few days before July 4th, and the start of extreme heat warning, our HVAC stopped producing cold air. We made 2 calls for help. The first pro.ised 2 days later, but Allen Air promised 20 minutes! The tech not only new our area but was nearby. He started with the outdoor unit and discovered 1 electrical failure and 1 future failure. Both were repaired but before wrapping up he suggested cleaning the wired enclosure which I know hasn't been done in years. He power washed a amazing amount of dirt from the enclosure and showed on his test gauges that the unit was now producing colder refrigerant. Totally happy with the service provided!

Ron showed up on time and fixed the AC on what was one of the hottest days. He came out at 6:30 am on a Sunday. He wells pleasant to deal with and I couldnâ t be happier with the experience. He saved my family and I from having to go to a hotel until it could be fixed we are extremely greatful. We will definitely be calling Ron in the future.
