although it was three days to install condensor and evaporator coils, it was unscheduled emergency weekend work during 110 F days and everyones units were breaking down. Ron was great to work with. He and his crew did an excellent job on my installation and the clean up when they were done. My AC went out on Thursday evening so I called Ron. He came out on Friday morning and concluded that my 14 year old AC was done. By 2:00 that afternoon he had a new system delivered and began the installation. His crew were back at it again Sat. morning and I had cold air again by Sat evening. I couldn't have asked for more!

I got several estimates, I did a lot of research about the best equipment for my house. When the estimates came in there were all in about 1000 dollars of each other, so as part of my research the most important part of an installation is the competence of the contractor, The main reason I went with Ron, and Allen Air is he not only gave me a very fair estimate, he also does the installation, so he was very helpful in making sure I went with the right equipment, he didn't try and oversell me. His team was very professional, and courteous, and they did a very good job. I would strongly recommend Ron and Allen Air>

Ron Allen had prior experience with similar heat pumps. He was very thorough during his inspection of the fan and compressor unit. He was also very upfront about inspection and material costs. I have been ripped off in the past by unethical HVAC companies who priced R12 coolant based on the number of pounds. My view is that Rob is fair and honest. I will certainly call him again next year for inspection service.

Our system was shot. Ron came in, analyzed our needs (current and future), checked out the existing system, and then made a recommendation with a quote. It was vastly different than the other contractors who essentially proposed to replace the existing equipment with similar in the same place. Ron worked very quick, his staff was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves every day, and he followed up after the installation. The equipment he recommended is VERY quiet and we are more than pleased. The new setup gives us a lot of flexibility for future expansion. His price was competitive.
