Allen Air

Ron Allen and his team recently replaced my A/C system. We obtained quotes from several contractors and Allen Air was more than $1000 cheaper than anyone else. The entire system was replaced in 1-day and is performing flawlessly. The equipment is much quieter than our old system, and has very convenient and easy to service filtration system. The A/C system was installed the second day after Allen Air gave me the quote. The installation couldn't have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend Allen Air, and give them the highest recommendation. My thanks to Ron Allen and his team.

Ron came out to fix my aging Air Conditioner. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a great job getting my old unit working properly and I look forward to doing business with him again when I decide to replace the unit. I would use and recommend him again.

Ron showed up on time. Obviously good at what he does. Replaced old hallway control switch, several things on outside unit, cleaned it thoroughly. Works better than ever. I got quotes from other companies. Ron was the only one who suggested to do a full cleaning of the Evap coil, furnace and blower assembly. This service was all part of the quote which was a fair price. Ron and his assistant replaced our condenser, cleaned and serviced the Evap coils and blower as promised. After the install they tested all air ducts and corrected those that needed attention. Good attention to detail. Work was done in a timely manner. I already referred him to a couple of friends in Santa Clarita who need his services.. Thanks again Ron!

My HVAC system is only 5 years old but I have had to have it serviced the last 3 years due to leaks. Called Allen Air and they came out and diagnosed the leak in the Evap unit. Not cheap but they replaced the evap unit, recharged system. Afterwards they noticed lack of air out of air ducts. After further inspection, we realized the duct work had not been replaced when the newer (larger) system was installed and the A/C system was starving for air. I had them replace the air return duct with the proper size for our unit and now it works like a champ. Even when it was 107 out, the unit never ran for more than 10 min before cycling off.

Emailed on a Sunday and he responded within the hour saying he could come by the next day. Now, that's service!

Ron Allen was immediately responsive, providing a quote and then meeting a lower competative quote. The unit is installaed and operating. Allen Air absorbed the cost of an incorrect quote by his supplier, and did not burden us with the overage. Thank you Ron!

Allen Air was the 1st to respond to our request for help. He came out that night and had the repair done the end of the next day. He was knowledgable, and did a few extra things we ask him to do. It was expensive, but we didn't have the time to check others out to compare. Inn the long run I would diffently recommend him.

We had our 30 yr old furnace and duct work replaced by Ron and his team. He was able to start right away and completed the project on time. He was very friendly. He listened to our suggestions and explained everything that needed to be done. Everything looks and runs great. Our only complaint is that there was still some construction debris around our garage afterward, but it was nothing we couldn't sweep up ourselves. All in all, a top notch install, and that's the most important part of a new furnace.
