Within 5 minutes of requesting service through Home Advisor, my phone rang. Owner Ron came out within an hour, gave me an estimate and offered options, had my heater repaired same day. Very professional and courteous.

This was a totally great experience. To start, for both the estimate and the installation, Don was there within minutes of the promised time. He and his crew were well organized, clean and polite. I watched to whole installation. They left the house neat and clean and removed all the old Heatpump pieces. His price was great. Its been running perfect for two weeks now. Thanks again Don!!

Work was done fast and clean. The system works well and Ron offered many great suggestions that I didn’t think of when researching for a new system. The price was right too for all the I got done. I upgraded my old condenser unit to a 4 ton, new furnace, new ducting and added ducting to the garage and laundry room that did not have vents. I also got all my vents and thermostat upgraded. The work is impeccable! I researched companies for a while before landing on Allen air, as I prefer local personal business and he does it right! Comes with warranty for product and labor too.

After my A/C broke in 100+ degree heat, we called to leave a message after hours and Ron returned my call shortly after. He had a big install job the following morning but said he could be at my house around 3 PM and would call when en route. He was early and repaired by A/C unit in about 30 minutes. He also did a quick walk through the house and checked the furnace. Overall, excellent service; prompt, fast, and courteous. I would recommend Ron to anyone that needs A/C work!

Ron Allen calls you right back, shows up when promised and does excellent work at a fair price. He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes, got the part, and replaced it in about half an hour. It works perfectly!

Ron and his crew were prompt, courteous, diligent and knew what to do with challenges in getting the new condenser to the back yard with a narrow access issue. They installed new coils, new pad, and new electrical connections, thermostats, etc. They worked nonstop to complete the job in half a day and made sure the unit was up and running and provided instructions and answers on the equipment installed. Will definitely use them for all HVAC needs in the future!
