Customer service is our priority and we specialize in the installation and repair of residential air conditioning systems as well as industrial and commercial HVAC units. With ASM, you will never talk to a machine on the phone, or wait hours for an AC repair company that said he would be there sometime between the hours of 8AM and 4PM. We are on time, every time and with over 25-years of air conditioning and heating experience, ASM has the licensed technicians and the technology to handle any-sized project. ASM proudly hires US Veterans and offers MILITARY, FIREFIGHTER and POLICE DISCOUNTS.

STAY AWAY! Complete scam company! I attempted to purchase their $29.95 database of HVAC information last Friday. It didn't work -- said "expired" when I tried to log in. I filed a ticket through their online ticketing system...and waited. Sent a second message, then a third. No responses. Plus on top of that, they charged my credit card twice.

The online program was disappointing and not what the ASM website claimed it to be. They advertise a 100% money-back guarantee with no questions asked, so I asked for a refund on their customer support page. They never responded. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they refused to respond to the BBB. They clearly are not an honest company.

I seached the internet for DIY repairs and was unsuccessful days ago. Just about ready to call for repairs and found their site: ASM-air.com. They do online troubleshoot free and even have an online chatline for free personalized help. This organization is made up of U.S. Veterans and do free emergency service on all of their installations and all their work is 100% guaranteed. They gave basic reasons why your appliance might not be working to assist in save money on simple repairs. I solved my problem with their first instruction by resetting my thermostat. I am cash strapped due to health reasons and was so relieved.
