A problem with our A/C occurred on a Saturday recently, and we weren't able to reach anyone in town for help. We contacted AC Dave for the first time, and he responded right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and explained what was wrong in an easy to understand way. We were very happy with his assistance and won't hesitate to reach out to him again... We hired AC Dave to install a heating & cooling unit, after using them for our old unit's maintenance for years. It was a unit that. went on the roof, so installation was no small task. They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean, were extremely courteous, and we felt like we were hiring family to help us out. They pulled all of the permits which cost extra of course, but it saved us the hassle of dealing with the city and handled the post work city inspections.

It went very very good experience. The service man was on time he had his equipment he explained to me what needed to be done once he checked out the unit. He put the part on and next thing you know he was out the door and I had a smile on my face because I had HEAT!

I had AC Dave preform three jobs for me over the past few years. (1) New ducts a few years ago. (2) Installed a mini-split heat pump in master bedroom this year. (3) Then a few months later I had him remove my old Central AC and replace it with an 18 SEER heat pump and new coil, all the while leaving my old furnace in place as a back up. Dave and his guys did a great job on all three projects, completing each one in a day. Highly recommended.

Great professional service. Showed up next day to fix my AC. They found and repaired the previous work done by another company. If you want the work done correctly and you want to pay fair pricing, call them. The previous company I used were not honest and sold me fixes I did not need and did not repair the things that needed to be repaired. I think they did this so they could continue to come out and charge me for things like adding freon to my AC but never repairing the leak which I eventually found myself. The leak was in an outside line, highly visible (once I knew what to look for). I called AC Dave and they fixed it right away and my AC has never worked better.

This family owned and operated business is the best. I have been doing business with Dave for many years and always find him to be honest and reasonably priced. His staff including his wife and other employees are always kind and respectful and extremely competent. Hire this company and you won't be sorry. I called during the heat wave at 9:30 pm (after hours) one night and at 7:30 the next morning I received a call back saying they can squeeze me in. I was overjoyed because I know how busy they were that week with temps being well into the 100's in the valley. They arrived within the time frame they said they would. The guys who came out were super knowledgeable and friendly. They had just come from spending many hours on another roof in the hot sun but they gave great service! I highly recommend AC Dave's company.

I called on a Tuesday and by Friday they gave me an estimate to install which I accepted. They installed my unit on Monday only 6 days after my initial call. They were on time and very polite and informative. They were reasonably priced and very efficient. I was impressed which is not an easy thing to do. Everything went well. We've been using AC Dave since the installation of our system in 2007. We keep going back for a reason. On this particular job I was struck with the unfortunate sticker shock of current refrigerant pricing, but this is the market and not Dave. I would refer anyone to Dave (just did a couple of days back) unreservedly.

Twice a year AC Dave comes to inspect our heating and cooling equipment. Their people always show up on time. They are well prepared because they know our house as we have retained them a little of ten years, since we acquired the house. There is always a good explanation at the end of what's up, like equipment that's still good, but obviously getting old, and may have to be updated or replaced. We're glad to have AC Dave as a reliable back-stop in case things might go awry, but so far so good.

My zone dampers had stopped functioning correctly so I was getting heat and AC in both zones at all times. AC Dave was able to come out, diagnose the problem and order replacement parts very quickly. Plus he was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use AC Dave again.

Their technician, Justin came out and assessed the situation, quickly discovering the true source of the problem: the wire bundle that connects the system with the thermostat on the wall and been chewed through by rodents apparently, and this was causing the system to quit. He offered to replace the wiring and do a service on the roof mounted AC condenser unit, which we agreed to. Total cost was a fraction of what we had paid the previous company to not even discover or fix! We would wholeheartedly recommend the services of this excellent company.

It went great. The entire crew was wonderful and they were polite, clean, considerate and prompt. Could not have asked for more. Have been using AC Dave for around 15 years and they are always on time and get the job done. A real winner.

Arrived that very day…it was over 100 degrees! Diagnosed problem, fixed it and got it back up and running. Also checked our 2 other units. Great service, communication and very professional. Have used them before and have always been happy!
