Terry is AMAZING! I was lucky to have found him through a friend who refers him to everyone she knows. I wanted to save all the floors, not just to be cost effective but because I love the old ambered original hardwood floors. Every vender I tried said I needed to rip it all up. Terry was the only one who said yes, it mostly needed to be replaced but if I was dead-set on saving what I could, he would see what he could do. That meant getting 2 different types of flooring and making them work together to look seamless. Mission accomplished! Terry is the business owner who does this job because he loves it. He takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want (that meant dealing with me being indecisive about exact stain color and changing my mind about baseboards nine times.) He went above and beyond and didn't just clock in, do the job, and clock out. If he saw me struggling with some task about the house, he helped me out. He's not just a great contractor, he's a super nice guy. In an age when you get people who just do a job for money, it's nice to feel like you get a real small business owner who has pride in his work and loves what he does. I recommend Terry to everyone and anyone who needs hardwood floors. My floors are exactly what I want, and he worked around my other issues that came up and got the job done when I needed it done. It was a joy to work with him, a pleasure doing business with him, and you'll feel just as lucky as I do when you hire him!
