 + -1 moreI am very happy with the level of service I received from this company. The Evaporator coil and blower of my Unit was very dirty, which was causing performance issues. Their service man, Bill, was very helpful in explaining the root cause of the problem and proposed a corrective action that was needed. Their pricing was acceptable.
Description of Work: Removed and chemically restored the evaporator coil and blower.

 + -1 moreA-1 Ocean Breeze made the miserable experience with a failing air conditioning system an experience that was positive and professional. In fact, A-1 Ocean Breeze did such an exceptional job that I was able to seek reimbursement from the builder as the leak was caused by a nail that had pierced the freon line. Again, A-1 Ocean Breeze is a fantastically efficient and professional company. I have used this company for all my air conditioning needs for the past two and a half years without ever having the problem fixed.
Description of Work: We had a problem with our air conditioning. Even though the home we had just purchased was under a home warranty, the company they repeatedly sent out failed to fix the lack of proper air conditioning. Ocean Breeze came out and worked diligently to locate the problem. Ultimately, they found a pinhole leak in the freon line. Unlike the other company who repeatedly just added freon, Ocean Breeze found the actual problem and fixed it permanently. They are an outstanding and professional air conditioning company that I would highly recommend to anyone.
