Of all the electricians I have used recently, he is the one who impressed me the most. He came over right away and just charged me his minimal amount. He was there for a while. He was trouble shooting, figuring it out and doing it correctly so I appreciated that. After that I actually did use him at another property were again there was a problem with the main circuit breaker and so he had to replace that panel. He had to coordinate with a 3rd party to get that work done. I just appreciated the fact that I didn't have to keep running after him all the time, that he took care of everything and he mailed me my keys at the end. So I was really happy with that.
Description of Work: I had a 3ft light fixture installed on the outside of the front door. It was one of those fixtures that it is said you could do it yourself, so I figured I would do it myself and I couldn't get this thing to work. I started having electrical problems with my wiring and it kind of sacred me. I got him over here and he took care of it. He showed me what the problem was and he fixed it. But I noticed that he was trying to charge me his minimum for it.
