Watson Construction

Description of Work: We added a 500 sq. ft living room to the back of our house. We hired an architect who recommended Watson Construction to implement the plans. When we first met with them, the owner Will explained to us that the process would be for him to 1) obtain all necessary permits, 2) demo the back wall, 3) order materials, 4) and start the foundation and framing. He went over a timeline for the project which would be 4 months from start-to-finish. Once the crew started, the project moved like clockwork. Will kept us informed of the progress, and continued to work closely with our architect to ensure the room was built to specifications. All inspections were passed with flying colors, and the best part was that we could watch the progress but didn't really need to be involved which was great because both my husband and I work. When we came home each day, the job site was clean, and Will was always available to answer questions, even after hours, if there was anything we needed to know.
