Description of Work: Replumb, Rewire, move interior wall. Bathroom remodel. |Contractor would never show up for days at a time. Talked about 'bringing in his people' but in reality they didn't exist. Job was supposed to take a month, month and a half, after 5 months I had to replace him and pay out of pocket again for work that was left. Advise you to consider other options.

 + -1 moreHe was very practical and figured out some things that other contractors didn't, he was a really nice guy to work with, he's licensed and got permits and did all the stuff that he was suppose to do. He not only did a good job but he was also the least expensive of all the contractors we got estimates from. He was the level of quality that we wanted. Some other people would be willing to pay for better quality. We wanted things done really well for a good price so the quality was just fine for us. We didn't have any problems. He would fix anything that we found. He wasn't quite as aggressive in getting back to us so we had to call him back a couple times but he was very punctual.
Description of Work: I used TLC General Construction to do a kitchen remodel and some electrical work as well.

Description of Work: This website dose not have a general construction category, so I put it under framing. DO NOT HIRE ANTER SILVA, From TLC General Construction. He did not finish building our house and took $100,000 worth of our money. I won a mandatory arbitration award and probably will not get paid. Please be aware of this guy. ($436,000)
