The customer service department was excellent and the people really knew what they were doing when they came out to put the siding on my home. We were satisfied with the work and the clean up afterwards. We will use this company again in the future.

There was a clerk in the carpet department when we got there. When we asked him for help, he mumbled something, went away, came back but did not make any effort to assist us, then went away again. We had the front desk page two times for someone to come and help us. No one showed. We looked around on our own, trying to figure what would be the best carpet for our situation, then left after about 45 minutes.

Prices are generally good, but it's so difficult to find anyone to help. If you really need something, count on spending at least an hour just looking for your item. But when you do spot someone, they are generally pretty good in trying to help you.

Home Depot came to my home and removed the drapes in the living room and put in new vertical blinds up, they are beautiful. I also needed a new front door and a security door so I bought them from Home Depot as well. The men who installed it did a great job with no problems. I really like Home Depot and I am looking into some new tile for my kitchen and I will probably get it there as they have great prices and service.

They did excellent work for me, and cleaned up well when they were done. Employees worked quickly, and the project was done fast. They were very accommodating for me. The work was done four months ago,

They were very good and they arrived at the time they said they would. They cleaned up and installed plantation blinds inside of the windows. The blinds operated very smoothly when everything was finished.

They did an okay job but it wasn't a great job. I was not happy with the initial job and they returned a second time to fix things I didn't like. They did an better job the second time. I would probably hire them again since they came out and fixed the things I didn't like.

I had a good experience and they are very helpful. They are the top of my list from now on for home improvements. They got here fast and had the thing put together in no time. I was surprised at how good they were.

WE CALLED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT CABINET REFINISHING, AND WHEN THE CABINET REFACING SPECIALIST CAME, HE SPENT OVER 4 HOURS AT OUR HOUSE. HE STAYED UNTIL ALMOST 11PM, DESPITE OUR HAVING A SMALL CHILD THAT WE TOOK UPSTAIRS AND PUT TO BED DURING THE CONVERSATION. AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF THIS LONG EVENING, WE REQUESTED INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT SOMETHING LIKE WHAT WE WERE LOOKING AT WOULD COST (WE HAD NO CLUE), HE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY PRICING INFORMATION (EVEN A ROUGH ESTIMATE) UNTIL THE END! HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN, BUT I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM NOW BECAUSE I WAS SO IRRITATED BY WHAT I FELT WAS A TERRIBLE SALES TECHNIQUE.

WONDERFUL ALL AROUND, WERE PROMPT AND NEAT AND FRIENDLY AND WORKED HARD FOR US. ALSO VERY REASONABLE PRICING.
