Getting him down to do the job was difficult. Ross is very busy. Not a great e-mail communicator. He even suggested we call his competition. However, eventually he said he would take the job. Maybe the job was too small. We tugged at his heartstrings, reminding him that this was his countertop and we had loved his work. He wouldn't give us a price at the beginning since , as he explained , he wasn't sure how it would go. But the price was lower than expected. But once he agreed to the job, we were very happy with him. Repair went well. He arrived when he said he would. He was a one-man show. Had all the equipment he needed. Covered the floor with cloth and cardboard. Worked clean. Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained what he had to do, listened to our concerns and questions and addressed them fully. Cleaned up after himself. Repair looks very well and we are pleased with the result. Will use this company again, if necessary. We thought he had done a good job the first time. We would use Ross Adams and Superior Surfaces again.

End result is superior; however getting to the end was a bit frustrating. Matt took my call asking for an estimate. The ball was dropped and two weeks later I had to call again. Matt came out, measured, made a template and I waited. I had to call several times and installation date was changed several times. It was frustrating. Then when the owner, Ross came to install, it didn't have the correct lip and the piece had to be reworked to fit and installation was postponed again. Once Ross got involved, everything happened very rapidly. The counter top matches perfectly.

THEY DID A VERY HIGH QUALITY JOB INSTALLING THE CORIAN COUNTER TOPS - CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THE JOB AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR INSTALLATION.
