It was excellent.

They did a fine job with very nice workmanship. Everything was excellent. They only took four hours to do the job. The installer is the owner and he takes great pride in his work. I found the company in the phone book. The product they installed is of very high quality. It is a higher quality product compared to what you could get at a place like a home improvement store.

Mike and Eric showed up at our place a few minutes late, but were very considerate as they called me warning that they'll be a few minutes late due to traffic congestion. They are very professional. Their work is neat and clean and everything fits well. As the current recessed light openings are a bit mismatched to the opening for the skylight, Mike told me about the problem and what they are planning to do about the installation. The whole job was done in about 3 hours, a bit quicker than I expected.

I thought they had excellent service. They weren't the cheapest option, but they were fairly competitive in price. I would recommend them. The cost per skylight is about $600.00.

Went very well. Jim and Eric finished installation in 1 hour. All conversations over the phone, from original call to get estimate to scheduling installation were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Everyone very easy to talk to, which is very important to me.

Jim impressed me from the beginning; he was polite and helpful on the phone and eager to help with my skylight. Once I placed the order it took about four weeks to get the replacement; when Jim and his crew came out to install he discovered it wasn't going to fit due to some characteristics on the mount that weren't apparent without removing the old skylight first. Jim said he could try to make it fit but wouldn't feel right about it because there could be leaks and other problems; he put the old skylight back on and ordered another skylight at the company's expense. The new skylight installed easily, looks great, and I couldn't be happier. The people at Sunlight Concepts kept me apprised of delivery and installation dates and I felt well taken care of. As a mobile home owner it's not easy finding qualified companies and workers interested in talking to me about repairs and replacements; I'm pleased Sunlight Concepts had no such qualms.
