They were very professional in establishing an appointment and in reviewing the problem and coming to do the work. Since the job was to seal a leak, I really won't know the results until the next good rain, but the indications look positive at this point. I really can't rate the first question.

Water had leaked into the roof space above my skylight. Ali, the G.M., came right on time for a same day appointment and took care of the leak around the skylight. He showed me photos of before and after the repair. Of course, we'll know for sure only after a heavy rain, but from the photos, his explanation of the problem and solution, I have faith that his repair work will prevent further leaking.

The crew showed up early. I know that's difficult to believe, but it actually occurred. They worked quickly, and professionally. Would I go to them again? You bet! Tom S.

Both of our skylights were not standard and had to be ordered. These came in soon and were quickly installed. So glad to know they are installed well with a sealant this time.

I contacted this company to reseal a skylight. When I called I was given an estimate based on information I provided about the skylight. We set up a time to have it done, the technician came on time and did the job quickly for the quoted price. There was no attempt to "up-sell" or get me to buy other products sold and installed by the company. I won't know if the seal is good until the next heavy rain, but I am confident that if there is a problem it will get fixed.

Getting someone out for an estimate was easy and the staff was knowledgeable, answering my questions about what skylight to choose for our replacement. I was a little disappointed in the cleanup. I thought they told me they were going to clean out the skylight area when the old one was off. That didn't happen. Overall, a positive experience. Could have been a great one had they cleaned out the skylight area.
