Description of Work: Our garage door was not operating properly. My wife called Sousa's to do the fix and the service technician noticed that a couple of the wheels on the garage door had locked up and some of mounting brackets for the track were loose. He replaced the faulty wheels and brackets within about 40 minutes and things have been working just fine ever since (3 months later).

Description of Work: Sousa's Garage Doors, Inc. measured, fabricated, and installed a single car garage door at our residence. Joe Souza came to the house promptly after I called, discussed and refined the design I wanted, and gave the bid. I felt the bid was a very fair price for the work and materials used. After evaluating two other bids, I decided to go with Sousa's and called Joe to start work. When it was finished, they called and we set an installation time. Rigo, their installer showed up exactly at the scheduled time and started to work. I was extremely impressed with Rigo's friendliness, skills, and attention to detail. He did an excellent job. He made a tricky job look easy. He cleaned up when done and hauled the old door away. I definitely recommend Sousa's Garage Doors.
