The plumber showed up the day after I called, right on time for the scheduled appointment. The plumber, Federico, examined my toilets and told me that there was no problem with my main, the issue is my 20-year-old toilets have mineral buildup in the tiny outlets under the rim. Rooting the line would be of no benefit to me. I am pleased that he didn't charge me for rooting that I don't need. I would call Smart again.
Description of Work: My toilets are running slow, so I called to get an estimate to have my main sewer line rooted.
