The hardwood flooring was installed on the first floor and the carpeting was installed on the staircase and second floor. On the first floor they took up all the carpeting and sanded down one area to make sure the floor was level. In doing so the sander bag kept coming off and dust went everywhere, furniture, walls, ceilings and upstairs to the second floor. We talk to the manager who came out and credit us for using a cleaning service to clean up all the dust throughout our two story house. Also, the wood molding around the fireplace tile was repaired and replaced as was the molding under the kitchen door. A piece of hardwood had a bubble that was replaced. The carpeting was installed on the staircase and both master bedrooms on the second floor. The hardwood flooring was installed December 18 - 23, 2017. The Carpeting was installed March 2 - 3, 2018.

They took up the carpet and sanded down one area to make sure the floor was level. The bag on the sander kept coming loose and we have dust everywhere that we are still cleaning. The floors look good, but we haven't been able to really enjoy the new floors because we've had to clean the ceilings, walls, furniture and everything in the entire house, not just downstairs. We've talked to the manager who will be coming out to look at another issue. The overcharge has been resolved. We are going to use them to install the carpet in the upstairs as we had already paid the first half, and are hoping there will not be issues like this.

From the start, their customer service was the key. I was glad they were so detailed when explaining the entire process to me. There was nothing hidden from me. Their price was also excellent. It even went to half the price of other estimates I received. The quality of carpet is also beautiful as well and we didn't get the top of the line. They sell very high quality products.

The whole experience was fabulous from start to finished. Natalie at S&G was great to work with.

Natalie is incredibly patient and knowledgable. Because redoing all the flooring in my condo was a big decision for me, I took a lot of time and a lot of samples home to try. Natalie helped throughout the process. She went out of her way to find wood samples she thought would work for me and answered all my questions. She also has a delightful sense of humor. It was a terrific experience!
