+ -1 moreMade appt. at the store and called to confirm and give land line number with message machine. This was then cancelled with a bizarre phone message from the main office saying, "Call us" with NO OTHER INFO given on the message. The workmen don't call; the office does. I call back and the office re-scheduled me for new day/time with no apology for the lack of message (they cant say we need to reschedule on the machine?). I get new day/time. They have 1 hour window. I waited 1 1/2 hours and no one appears. I attempted to call the business and got their message machine but could not leave a message. No one showed up...nor did I receive a call to cancel or say they were late. As the other review mentioned: EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL way to run a business in this day and age.
Description of Work: Wanted a quote for a new shower door and labor after our old one began leaking. Dropped by the store and they insisted I had to have someone come out to my home to 'measure' the door and look at it. Were not interested in seeing a photo of the shower door on my phone and 'don't give quotes' without someone physically BEING at my home to 'see' what is needed and give full quote including labor + shower door specifics.

+ -1 moreThe guy who came to measure was pleasant and on time. After the scheduled three weeks came and went we didn't hear from them. When we called them they said they broke the mirror so it would be another three weeks. A month later we had an install appointment scheduled. This came and went. Then finally they were due to arrive between 1:30 and 2:30 today. Yesterday they left a message asking us to call if there was any problem with the time since there was no problem we didn't need to call. At 1:15 pm they called and since there was no one home they didn't send the delivery. When my wife arrived home at the scheduled time of 1:30 pm, she played back the messages and called them to see why they decided not to come, yet again. The woman on the phone was indigent that there was no one home 15 minutes before the delivery. When my wife expressed frustration, the person from Mission Glass got very rude. When we said we wanted to cancel the order she hung up on my wife. Extremely unprofessional.
Description of Work: Custom mirror was ordered and measured for our bathroom. The first one was broken by the company causing another month delay which they didn't inform us of. Then on the day of delivery (after three missed attempts by the company) they failed to come. A simple apology and yet another re-schedule would have been fine, but instead the woman was extremely rude and hung up on my wife.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreI used Mission Glass to install a large 5x3 window in my dining room. Mike the foreman was great they were in and out in 1 day. I also had 2 other windows that needed to be replaced and they did this as well. We had a problem with the sliders but they came back and fixed them. I will use them if ever I need a window replaced again.
Description of Work: Mission Glass installed a large sliding window in my dining room and also replaced 2 other windows.
