 + -1 moreEric was very professional, punctual, and very customer focused. Very patient in answering any questions and also in dealing with situations where changes are needed in the middle of a project. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction but is also very open to listening to any ideas a customer have on how to fix a problem. I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and Eric is definitely one that I've enjoyed working with very much.
Description of Work: Built a wooden fence and stair rail and porch step, minor foundation repair, exterior siding dry-rot repair, touch up paint of exterior of house, and other misc handyman tasks.

 + -1 moreHe does great work and is very reasonable. The crown molding looks great. I have used him several times and just signed him on for another job. He is very courteous and would highly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: He has dont multiple jobs for me which included crown molding and baseboards. He also did some plumbing.
