 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WITH HANDLING OUR CONCERNS, AND IN RARE CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE WE HAVE TOO MUCH TRASH, THEY ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT THE OVERFILLED CONTAINER EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE NOT BOUND TO DO SO.
Description of Work: ROUTINE GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICE, ONCE A WEEK THEY COME TO PICK UP OUR GARBAGE. THEY TAKE 1 32 GALLON CAN OF GARBAGE.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY PARTICULAR WHAT THEY CONSIDER AS YARD WASTE AND WON'T TAKE ANY EXTRA. THIS IS IN CONTRAST TO ANOTHER COMPANY IN LOS GATOS WHICH TAKES EVERYTHING EVERY WEEK. I'D SWITCH COMPANIES IF I COULD, BUT IT'S THE CITY'S CHOICE.
Description of Work: FOR $18/MONTH, THEY HAUL 1 30 GAL CAN/WEEK AND 1 YARD WASTE BARREL/2 WEEK.

 + -1 moreTHEY NEVER REALLY CASED A PROBLEM WITH US. I NEVER NEVER HEARD OF ANY CONFLICTS REGARDING THEM AND ANOTHER PARTY. THEIR SERVICE IS LOVELY, NO COMPLAINTS FROM US.

 + -1 moreYOU CAN RECYCLE CANS, BOTTLES, AND PLASTIC CONTAINERS 1-7 TOGETHER, PLASTIC BAGS, CARDBOARD, MIXED PAPER, NEWSPAPER, USED MOTOR OIL. THEY KEEP ADDING NEW SERVICES LIKE MORE STUFF THEY HANDLE. YOU CAN ALSO HAVE THEM COME OUT TWICE A YEAR AND GET YARD WASTE, OR JUNK.
Description of Work: GARBAGE EVERY WEEK AND RECYLING ALTERNATE WEEKS. ALLOW AN EXTRA CAN FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE AS NEEDED. DO A GREAT JOB, PRICE IS PER MONTH FOR ONE CAN OF GARBAGE. GIVE YOU THE CONTAINERS FOR CANS AND BOTTLES AND PAPER RECYCLING.
