L&L GUTTER SERVICES

They were very fast and very clean. I liked the fact that they came out with more than one in their crew and really worked well together. The gutters needed this cleaning and they made sure that all the waste that came out of them, was cleaned up perfectly. The price was excellent and we recommend them highly.

Service was excellent, well priced (lowest of all of the bids), fast installation (completed in about 5 hours) and clean up was really good (washed down driveway and walkways with water). Would definitely recommend to others.

They were competitive in terms of price because we got several quotes from other companies. We were very happy with how thorough and precise they were. They were honest and gave us several different options to choose from. They also gave us enough information about the different options to allow us to choose what was best for our house.

The company was prompt by showing up as scheduled. Upon initial conversation and evaluation of the project, the employee gave explanation of the process along with a hand written estimate. The entire job took a 1/2 day to complete. The business did an excellent job cleaning up. The cleaning with air cost $60. The leaf barrier for labor and materials was $135.

I only have good things to say about L & L Gutter Services. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing new gutters for their home.

We have not had any problems with our gutters. L & L Gutter did a professional job; they gave us an estimate and stuck right with that amount. Their price for new gutters was the same as everyone else I looked into.

Dale came out the day after I called him and spent almost an hour discussing the job and suggesting ways to improve the layout of the gutters and downspouts. He agreed readily to split the work into demolition and re-installation portions to accommodate a new paint job on the house in between, and only charged a modest extra trip fee to do it. They tore out and hauled off all the old gutter in less than half a day, then did the re-installation about three weeks later in less than a day. The workers were prompt, fast, courteous, and they cleaned up thoroughly. The new gutters look great! Couldn't ask for anything more.

Dale was SO great! We had struggled to find a gutter company that could match our existing gutters. After 4 quotes no one had the same kind of gutter and everyone was double our budget. We had resigned to the fact that we might have to rip down the existing and do the whole house ourselves (SCARY!). At the last straw, my husband found Angie's List.com and found Dale. He had so many great recommendations that we called him that Sunday. He answered the phone and even came out three hours later to give us a quote. To our amazement, he was the one that did the original gutters and is the only one on this side of the state that has 4 inch OG box gutters. He was able to tie into the existing and add gutters to the garage for half of what everyone else was quoting (and I quoted everyone from a day labor to a major company). We were very happy with the work, timeline, cleanliness and PRICE.

I called L & L, and they were out within 3 hours to do an estimate. Dale, the owner, recognized the gutters as the company's installation for the prior owner of our home. That put me in line for a discount. I asked how quickly they could do it, and he said ''this afternoon.'' I was a little worried about using L&L because others on this list reported that they walked on the roof. We have shingles that can't take walking on. I requested that no one walk on the roof, and he said ''no problem.'' His son came out a few minutes before the appointed time later that afternoon. The work took about 2 hours. He was thorough and cleaned up VERY well at the end. I was very pleased. Fortunately, there was a hard rainstorm the next day to test them out, and the gutters were great! I was very pleased with this company.

These guys were great! The other estimates I'd had were much higher (more than double), and yet these guys did a great job. They showed up when they said they would, did the work all in one day, billed exactly per the estimate, and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves.

Dale arrived at my chosen time which was within a few days of my call. He was very knowledgeable pointing out a mistake with the installation of the old gutters. His quotation was reasonable. We checked with other gutter companies but they did not provided OG style gutters and wanted us to buy a system which did not go with our house. We had another bid which was twice as much money and would use five inch OG. However, that is too big for our house. Dale was providing four inch OG at about half the price. We went with Dale and L&L Gutters. The terms were simple and to our liking; ''payment to be made in full upon completion.'' Dale sent his men over within a few days at the time that was convenient for us. The work was done in full in one afternoon. It was a great improvement and exactly what we wanted. The workmen were courteous and neat. They were very careful with our landscape while installing drain pipes. They cleaned up after, leaving our property neat and tidy.

Dale came out and gave me a quote the same day I called him, and I was able to make an appt. for a few days later for between 1-3pm. By 3:30, nobody had showed up. I called and left a message. I got a call a couple of hours later. One of their trucks had broken down, and they left the paperwork with my phone number in the truck, but I'm still not sure why they didn't call me proactively to reschedule or let me know about the problem. They were very nice, and we rescheduled for the next day. Lance showed up a few minutes early, and the first thing he did was apologize for the problem the day before. Work was very thorough. It took about 2 1/2 hours & all was said and done. One of our downspouts was plugged with a golf ball, and Lance was able to get that out no problem. All debris was taken away, and everything was cleaned up nicely before he left. Outside of being irritated initially at wasting part of a Saturday when they couldn't be here, we're happy. I'd definitely use again.

I called Dale and left a message. He called back promptly, came out to do an estimate (for which I didn't need to be home), followed up by phone and mailed us the quote. His quote included more downspouts than a quote from another company we had been considering, and his price was still a bit better. He also included a color sample chart on request. We made an appointment for installation, and he sent 4 guys out to do the job. They took all the old materials away and hosed down the front walk after they finished.

L&L did a fine job on our gutters. They were accommodating as we needed them to confer a little with our landscaper for the downspout placement. They were helpful in advising what had to be replaced and what did not need replacing. They were also very professional and well priced. There are many companies that will not do repairs and only want the job if they are going to replace all gutters. We were happy to learn L&L was not one of those companies.

It went fine. Scheduling was a quick turnaround, but a few iterations to find the right time. I think they only work on weekends. The work took about 3 hours with one person. He climbed on my tile roof to do it, I don't think (but don't know) that he cracked any tiles.

They came quickly (the same day), showed me a sample of the screens they would install, demonstrated how they would be installed, and gave me an two estimates, just cleaning or cleaning plus putting in screens. They called to let me know when they would be able to do the job. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, did the job quickly, and answered all my questions.

They came for the estimate in just a few days. The work was to be started about a week after the estimate. They got caught in some rain and had to postpone the work for one day. It worked out fine.

They arrived early and worked in the rain. I was surprised that they cleaned the gutters from the roof, rather than by standing on ladders. They were clean, courteous, unobtrusive, and also installed leaf guards on the gutters. I was happy with the price and the service.

Everything went very well. The estimate was completed as promised. The workers were early on day of work. All work was completed with no problem. Very good overall experience.

They arrived the first day about two hours later than they said they would. They did call to apologize for being late and said they would be right there, but it was another hour before they arrived. They cleaned and flushed all the gutters and cleaned up afterwards. They had to come a second time to finish. Two guys worked the first day and only one the second day. They made sure that all the gutters were draining properly by flushing them with a hose. Leaves and debris were removed with a leaf blower, water hose and by hand. They also blew leaves off the roof of the workshop. They told me that there was a one year guarantee where they would come back to unclog downspouts etc. if there was a problem. Though this was a difficult job, I thought that the price was a bit high. They spent about seven man hours doing the job.

They came out the week I called and left me a thorough written description of their findings and suggested solution. The work was performed promptly. No hassles - all done over the phone.

Went very well. Best price quote, great service. Work started on day we agreed, finished 2,100 sq ft home + garage in a day and cleaned all waste. No issues after first two rainfalls of the year....

The crew did an excellent job installing the new gutters. They missed one connection from a downspout to an existing drain, but they quickly redirected the end of the downspout in the right direction when I pointed this out. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall, it went very well. All the debris from the gutters was put in the trash cans and the hoses were re-rolled.
