Called before he showed up. Even though it was a pretty simple job, he didn't rush it just to get to the next big job. Nice guy. Answered all my questions. Left the yard clean.

Lance was able to contact me after some phone tagging. He was punctual for the appointment and gave me an estimate after looking at the condition and measuring my gutters. He was prepared to do the work immediately which was fine by me. He had no problems dealing with my hinged gutter screens and was able to clean the gutters without walking on the tiled roof. He did a very thorough job cleaning the gutters without leaving any mess on the ground and cleaning up as he went. I was very happy with his work.

Dale was quick to respond to my request for quote and detailed his plan and explained it well. He was able to arrange his schedule to work around the other contractor I had working on my house. This coordination allowed Dale's crew to use the scaffolding already in place and the crew completed the job in 1-1/2 days. Dale's crew did not interfere or delay my other contractor's work.

An excellent job and experience! Would definitely recommend. Lance was very responsive, prompt, and professional. The other companies that bid on the job said there were certain things they were unable to do, that we had to take care of (ie, move solar lights, wires, our neighbor's fence attached to our roof). Lance looked at the situation and told us how he would take care of those things. Showed creative initiative. Did more for a very good price. Fast, yet comprehensive work. Worked us into his schedule very quickly.

They were great! Not only at communication, but also service and scheduling. Friendly. They were flexible with scheduling and matched my needs. I got a quote the next day after calling, and they pointed out a couple downspouts that needed repair -- not a snow job, they were actually bad off, I just hadn't inspected them since I was looking for replacements for those missing. Install happened when it was supposed to, downspouts and rain chains, spouts painted to match. Just a great experience, would definitely recommend.

When I got my quote I received a call the salesman was going to be running 15 minutes late. The fact that he was courteous enough to call even though it was just 15 minutes, made big points with me. The company coordinated with our roofers and when issues arose with one of the roofers, the gutter guys were very accommodating. They got the job done and were very professional about it.

It was so refreshing to receive a prompt return phone call, a quick date for an estimate with a one hour window, a phone call when they were going to be 15 minutes late, a thorough and fair estimate, competent and personable staff, outstanding quality of work and complete cleanup. This company did a wonderful job for us. They put the gutters on that have the covers over them. It is so much easier to clean them now. They were in and out in no time at all. They left no mess at all. They were very professional and courteous.

THEY CAME TO MY HOME DURING A STORM. THEY THOROUGHLY CLEANED MY GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS, UNCLOGGING A LOT OF DEBRIS. THEY ALSO REPAIRED A DAMAGED DOWNSPOUT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.
