I would give Paul Yuen and his team more than five stars if it were possible. Our experience with them was exceptional. I emailed him photos of our old cabinets as he requested on his website, more out of curiosity, just to see what he would have to say. He responded with a professional quote based on the number of drawers and cabinets we had. When we went to his shop to discuss it we were so impressed with his knowledge and creative ideas we opted to use his services. Although Paul is officially a reface company, his skills far exceed that basic service. The KRD crew changed our center island that was oval in shape with dead space on each end to rectangular by rebuilding the ends of it. This allowed for a hidden area to store our trash can and provided additional storage. The upper cabinets had a large soffit with dead space above them. The KRD crew was able to convert them to ceiling high cabinets with lovely moldings. Many of the drawers had no pullouts, and they added new boxes and pullouts with gentle closing mechanisms. Their attention to detail was meticulous. After the project was complete I realized there were a couple of items I had forgotten. They came back and took care of them without complaints. One of the best things about dealing with Paul and his team is that, in addition to getting high quality workmanship, they are wonderful to deal with. Paul is easy to talk with and full of great ideas. Amy in the office is a gem. She always responds and gets answers to questions. The crew is timely and maintains the schedule. When they enter your home they shield everything and always clean up before the leave at the end of each day. I can't say enough about how great Paul and the Kitchen Reface Depot was. My husband and I definitely recommend them.

I am thoroughly impressed with this business. Paul, the owner was personally involved with the job. He recommended a very simple tweak in placement of my refrigerator. This allowed me to add more cabinet space to a galley kitchen. Communication was clear and concise. Construction and installation was precise. The installers cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day. The job was finished on-time with the final product exceeding expectations. The price was less than expected for a superior product.

Thanks to Kitchen Reface Depot (KRD) I upgraded my 1950's kitchen for less cost than a full remodel- I liked the basic layout of my existing kitchen and now have completely new, beautiful soft-close wood cabinet doors and drawers! Paul brought his design ideas and a wealth of experience to my kitchen upgrade. We talked about how I wanted my kitchen to function and he recommended features that increase the usability of space: 1. slide out shelves inside cabinets 2. replacing two small drawers with one large 3. conversion of a lower cupboard into two large drawers 4. an old desk area by my corner windows was made into a trash pull-out (something I never thought I wanted but now LOVE- it has room in the back to hold my fire extinguisher and extra garbage bags) and also a cabinet with pull out shelf for pet food 5. U-racks over the wall oven to store cookie sheets and baking pans. Paul and his team want the job done right and are fabulous to work with- could not have asked for nicer people! It took some time to schedule the planning session and get the date for install, but the actual install time was about a week.
