EXCELLENT! We have used Jess more than once and are always pleased with his responsiveness, attitude, and profession work. He explains what caused the problem and steps to preventing further problems.

Jess plumbing is excellent. They work at the highest standard, go the extra mile to educate on what they are doing. Jess understands and is expert on full range of services, having done 2 large projects for us.

Jess helped us out with the huge job of replacing the entire sewer main pipe from under our house to the sidewalk given that our old cast iron pipes were corroded and kept getting blocked by roots. This was a 3 day job involving a multiple person team. We went with Jess given that his estimate seemed fair and beat out other competitors. The work ended up being more labor intensive than anticipated, as digging to the city sewer line, which should have taken hours, ended up taking a day and a half due to unseen gnarled roots and cement in the soil. Despite this, Jess and his team worked diligently, showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They were courteous, professional, and very hard working. I had a backup in my main sewer pipe and Jess Plumbing came out and did a thorough inspection, he then found that my main sewer pipe was incorrectly installed by the previous installer. To make a long story short, this guy knows what he is doing, has the equipment including cameras and an excellent team. They did an AMAZING job at a FAIR price. Replacing the main sewer pipe is no easy job, but they were able to do it and do it right. They also cleaned everything up at the end of the day and even planted back the plants that had to be removed during the process!

Jess was did a fantastic job installing a sewer clean out for us. We had a major backup, sewage had backed up into the tubs and he came out on a Sunday to address our emergency. He was very communicative and explained the whole process. I will definitely hire him for all our future plumbing needs!

Jess was responsive to all my questions and delivered all everything on time. The work was done great. He was very easy to work with. Will hire him again for the next job.

Was able to check parts inside that valves needed replacement and went to buy supplies , and quickly replaced them. He was explaining every step of the process.

I just moved into my new place I was recommended Jess Plumbing as being awesome and sure enough it turns out to be more than true. Jess was extremely responsive, very calm and said he was on his way and he definitely was. He arrived on time, was very positive, quick and super helpful, he even took the time to give me great advice. Jesus was exceptional. I needed to install these gas lines a couple of days before my flooring project started and I could not get any one on yelp or other places to perform the installation in such a small amount of time. Jesus came over to inspect everything, went to the crawl space and mapped out all the plumbing in a matter of minutes and he was ready to start on the project the very next day. He assured me that he will finish the three installations in one day and he did keep his word. He will sweat it out when it comes to work and the work was spotless. The gaslines looked great and I couldn't have anyone better than Jesus. He even explained me all the pro's and con's in installing separate gaslines for stove and bbq and I was super pleased by the quality of work, the professionalism and the demeanor. I will definitely use Jesus for all my future plumbing needs.

Jess is a great guy overall. He takes your phone call, he gets to your home at his soonest to attend to, his prices are very reasonable, he finishes the job swiftly and he knows a lot about his stuff. I would really consider him as my first choice for all and any of my plumbing work.

Jess was recommended thru a Nextdoor neighbor. I have already called Jess a few times to help us with plumbing issues at home. His responsiveness and quality of work have impressed me. I have recommended him to friends and they told me that he worked for them in a very professional and diligent way as well. Today I called Jess once more to help me resolve a leak under the kitchen sink, as I was unable to fix it myself. Jess showed up shortly after I called him and he had finished a job he was working on nearby. He immediately assessed the nature of the leak and was able to fix it in a matter of a few minutes. It took him so little time that he decided to waive his fees. I can definitely recommend Jess to others and respect and admire his work ethics.

It was the best, he was on time, did a great job, very personable and professional.

He was wonderful! We had several issues with our toilet and system being backed up because employees/clients flushed items down the toilet over several months. Each time we had an issue, Jess came out promptly and fixed everything. He is always friendly and helpful. When a large section of our pipes needed to be replaced, he fixed it, did an excellent job AND even came out over the over a holiday weekend! We will continue to use Jess whenever we have plumbing issues!

Jess offered unconventional way of doing job by hooking new line directly to water heater inlet in garage, rather than the conventional way of going straight to inlet in front of house with line that had to go under driveway. Jess' solution is less costly because he wouldn't need to bore under driveway with new line, but his approach created a host of new problems that he refused to concede were inferior. When I did not give him the job, he became infuriated, texting me many, many times with irritating and insulting comments and saying that I "wasted his time" and that "I owed him" because he met me to give a verbal bid without charging me for meeting with him (all other bidders did not charge a fee for giving their bid in writing). He was very, very unprofessional and threatening with the numerous textings to me after he didn't get the job. He wouldn't stop texting me until I finally texted back to him that I would go to the police if he texted me even one more time. Only then did he stop texting. Don't use this guy! He's very unprofessional and demanding and doesn't treat potential customers with respect. I'm very glad I did not give him the job. His treatment of customers is deplorable. I fear that he will retaliate after I post this review, but others need to know what he did to me.

I found Jess to be friendly, courteous, knowledgable and most important professional. He does amazing work!
