Handyman Connection of Mountain View

Measuring the door replacement was done August 13, 2024. The new door ordered from from Bruce Bauer Lumber August 15, 2024. Went to Bruce Bauer Lumber to see the new door September 19, 2024. Door picked up and started painting in Handyman Connection shop September 30, 2024. Door to be installed October 15, 2024 but was delayed again because it had to be repainted. Inspected the new painted door at the shop November 6, 2024. Door finally installed November 14, 2024. Ten days later I discovered the paint peeling from right bottom outside corner and uneven ripples on the bottom edge of the door. The contractor was supposed to come look at this problem this morning, December 2, 2024, but did not show up. I tried contact Handyman Connection and Henry Coronado this morning several times about this problem but they have not responded and have blocked my phone number when I call.

Arrived on time. Went to work and found the cabinet work was easier than expected and asked if there was anything else we needed fixed. We had a door to the outside back that did not close well and asked if she could fix that. She studied it and said sure. That was repaired and works fine now and it was all done within the original quoted price. We were very happy with the work. Henry

They do not estimate the job properly and they over price as well. They should give the client the total cost of the project and not over charge the customers.

We were VERY happy with the work Andrew (the handyman) provided. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent! We did however have a problem with the customer service as far as being able to contact the company and to get prompt responses with accurate information. Monica, the office manager, seemed to never be available to answer our phone calls, our calls were not returned and the information we requested was not always interpreted correctly. Overall, we were happy with the work, but it took longer than it should have to communicate with them and to get the work set up to be done.

Gentleman arrived on time; properly garbed because of Covid19; completed the work and wiped down my properly which he had assembled.

Considering the difficulty of the situation on installing my door, they are very quick in doing the project.

The company found the man who installed the folding closet doors. The man, Daniel, installed the doors, all perfect. I needed the help, the company asked Daniel, Daniel's work makes the company. Also, phone communication was very good.

I was extremely disappointed with the work done by Handyman Connection of Mt. View to fix the angle valve/flex hose water leak in my house in mid-June 2019. The angle valve/flex hose started leaking again within 2 weeks. When I reached out to Handyman Connection for warranty repairs (1-yr workmanship guarantee stated on the invoice), they would not send the repair person to the house to fix the leak that should have been covered under warranty. Many excuses including the repair person were sick/unavailable, may be available next week, etc. were offered. I had to reach out to other repair agencies to get the work done correctly to fix the leak and am out $116.06. Would not recommend using Handyman Connection of Mt. View.

Mario was prompt and thorough with power wash of patio and washing outside surface of windows on 2 story townhouse.
