+ -1 moreKent arrived and began work right away. He fixed what my partner had tried to do, got the right parts, got everything connected and working. Two and a half hours later he finished and everything was working perfectly. Besides the fact that they were able to schedule someone so quickly, Kent was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. It turns out, this was the same company and the same plumber that I had used a couple years ago for a bathroom toilet installation. They are going to be my plumber from now on.
Description of Work: Yesterday afternoon I called this company (based on recommendations from yelp) to hook up our new kitchen faucet, disposal, and dishwasher and hoped they could get someone out the same day or next day. I was home sick and it would have been convenient to have someone there when I was already home. They arranged for someone to be there within 2 hours.

+ -1 moreGWP said they had already appointment for that Sunday and probably would not be out until at least 3 pm or later and they would give me call @ 3 to give me an update. At 2:50 PM Chuck from GWP showed up at my door, went through my list of items and started working. He took his shoes off before entering the house and left all work areas clean, if not cleaner than it was originally. The tub holds water, the leak was fixed, the new disposer is in and working (amazing how QUIET the new one is), and the snaked out drain has water rushing out of the kitchen sink and garage tub - the water flow on the garage tub has NEVER been this good the years I've been in this house (11 years). I will call GWP again for future plumbing needs and if I do, I hope I get Chuck again. He was pleasant to talk to and really knew his stuff!
Description of Work: Invoice shows a different zip code than show on angie's list - 95121 and the phone number I used and is on the invoice is (408) 241-8084. Repairs: 1) Bathtub handle assembly was not stopping the flow of water out. 2) Leak on the bottom of one of the kitchen sink tubs (cracked flange nut) 3) Replaced totally dead garbage disposer (with new one I had already bought) 4) Snaked out the house drain line - both the kitchen and the garage clothes washer drain tub were ultra slow.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKER THEY SENT OVER WAS NAMED TRUCK & HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS & HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH DRAINS & PIPES AFTERWARD.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED MY KITCHEN DRAIN, PIPES, & REPLACED THE PIPES INTO WALL CONNECTION UNDER THE SINK.
