+ -1 moreHe was cleaning my neighbor's carpet yesterday and I asked him to swing by and give me a quote. He did and set up and appt. for today. He arrived promptly and cleaned the area and has set up a blower. He will be returning to clean the carpet in 2 weeks.

+ -1 moreIn December 2011 I had them clean the lower two floors of a three bedroom, two bath and two living area (three story) townhouse and they did the job well, quickly but not rushed, and for a fair price. I had them come in last week (9/13/2012) to clean the whole house after I'd moved out. On time, professionally conducted, and an excellent job cleaning. I received my full deposit back and the landlord was impressed with their work. I've called them now to come clean the apartment I've moved into.
Description of Work: I had these folks come into a three bedroom, two and a half bath townhome with two living areas that I'd moved into last December. They did a great job. I used them this past week to clean the carpets when I moved out, again they did a great job and took the time to explain what they'd be doing. I've also just called to make an appointment to have them come into the apartment I've moved into.

+ -1 moreThey came on time, helped move some of the furniture, and were out within a couple of hours. It's now been about two years, and the carpet looks great! As a previous reviewer mentioned, the swirly marks from their shampooer do leave a distinctive pattern on the carpet, which takes a while to vacuum out. Overall, I'm so glad we gave Genesis a shot! A few months ago, we called them again to touch up some high traffic areas. Again no-hassles, and the carpet looks great.
Description of Work: We were debating whether to recarpet our offices, or just try having them shampoo'ed. We tried the DIY carpet shampooers (from Home Depot, etc.) several times over the past few years, and while they would get the carpet clean temporarily, the dirt always crept back up to the surface. Genesis came and took a look at our carpet. They were pretty sure most of the stains would come out (mostly foot traffic, plus a few beverage spots).
