I want to thank Stephanie for her GREAT Customer Service! My husband has been working with her on multiple occasions and wasn't able to get the invoice needed to get reimbursed from our insurance company. He had called multiple times and each time Stephanie patiently worked with him and sent the invoice, well he never got it. I thought about it and realized he probably had given the wrong email address, I called and he did. Stephanie was very understanding and kind. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her kindness, so many times we (I am a manager) hear what was wrong and we don't hear what went well. Thank you Stephanie for your help!
