The plumber came out very promptly after I gave them a call. He was honest with me in his diagnosis of the problem and told me that I should wait to perform the service until we do a remodel and upgrade all the piping. Then he even gave me the parts I needed to fix the problem myself for free! I would be very happy to go with them in the future.

Went great. Quick, direct, explained clearly what was wrong. Called on his way to my apartment and was on time (a little early, actually.)

Arrived as scheduled, cleared toilet back up. Courteous and professional.

They adjusted their schedule to fit mine. They arrived on time and with the proper equipment. The job required trenching, and when it was over it looked just like before. Because they had a tamper, I'm sure the yard will continue to look good. The job turned out to be much less extensive that the original bid was for. Frankly they could have done the work bid and I wouldn't have know the difference. But they said "want some good news?" They explained the situation, fixed the one part that actually was broken and reduced the cost to me by 75%. I'm sure not all jobs will turn out that way, but it did make me feel like they could be depended on.

Their service is performed under home warranty. I called them during the president day weekend when most plumber are not willing to come out. I had problem with the main sewer line and they clear it out with their snake machine. They are punctual and very professional.

Called a few places and got a rough estimated quote over the phone from Manny (a few others would not provide a phone quote but instead wanted to come out to give estimate and charge for site visit even if work is not performed). They had someone available to come out the same day and they came on time. Lewis had a very positive attitude. Tried vent and cleanout to unclog the drain until one worked and did not try to tack on charges. Replaced leaking trash disposer that I purchased and required one part which he had available. Cleaned up after the work and clearly explained the labor warranty.

They were really good. The fix went well. They were professional and showed me the repaired part.

Extremely quick response and service. Price seemed a little high but it was worth it to have it done so quickly. I have used EJ Plumbing before so I didn't bother to comparison shop.

The provider responded quickly. However, despite the city requiring a permit, it was suggested that one was not necessary. When pulling the permit myself, I learned they were using the wrong diameter of pipe for the gas. The crew reacted to this news as though this was the first time they had heard this. So either they have never installed a system like mine before or they have done so not to code. Coincidentally, the run of the gas line that was too small would not have been visible to an inspector. There was a gas leak in my garage after they left that I noticed hours later, but to their credit, someone came out after 10pm to fix it. Someone just forgot to tighten a connection. After they left I noticed that weatherstripping to a garage door they used is broken and a worker brought their dog in my back yard, who left something for me to clean up. A pipe wasn't installed so I thought there was a water leak. No paperwork on the installed filter.

The employee who came to my house made a tasteless racist joke about someone walking down my street. It was completely unprofessional. He also suggested that I should not bother getting a permit for the work (which was fairly major and highly visible from the street), but just go get a permit if the city ever asked about it. I'm sure plenty of people do this, but I think it's an unethical suggestion. The permit cost quoted was more than twice what other companies quoted. The estimate was free and the quote was within the same range as others I received.

Serviceman Jair Goday gave estimate to replace the faucet in the master bathroom. He however said that I should have told him I had a coupon from Angieslist before he gave me the quote, so he could take that into account, I assume by increasing the price. So, I do not want to use his services and request a full refund.

Jaime was wonderful. He was very professional and told me exactly how much it would cost and kept to the cost.

The plumber was very prompt and courteous. All work done was efficient, neat and I have had no problems with the things that were repaired. I would use this company again!

I have used them a couple times in the past before for plumbing issues and they've always delivered exceptional service. Very professional, accommodating, punctual and knowledgeable. So when they had a promotion on Angie's list, I did not hesitate to purchase it.

Main line was clogged and we didn't have an appropriate clean-out. Getting an accurate quote was difficult due to the amount of work involved was difficult to estimate. In the end, they came out the next day and ran a camera down the line and proposed a solution that we accepted. The work was done the same day to our satisfaction.

Extremely professional service. Well organized and maintained a clean and neat bathroom throughout service. I will definitely use again.

They went ahead and replaced the pipe and also I've asked them if they could check my toilet, because it was leaking too. They said it had a cracked tank and I asked them to replace the whole toilet the same day. They said yes, they can go get a toilet. I asked how much it is going to be for that part of the job, because the other job was about $600 and then he said it would be $500 for the toilet. I said it is OK, just do it. In retrospect, in asking other people, that $500 was a bit steep. Then also the fact that I did have a handyman come in later on to do some other work and he said that the toilet tank was loose, they didn't even screw it down. So I was a little disturbed about that. My bottom-line is I think they are a little pricey and they didn't complete the job by leaving the toilet loose like that. Their responsiveness to my needs was good. I would probably shop around for a better price before I consider using them again.

The service went fine. They did a fast and good quality of work.The service they provided didn't cost as much as the service that was done. They called me ahead of time to tell me that they were late, and that was nice.

Our sink got clogged; in the process of unclogging it, the pipe broke. We decided to call in a pro deal with that :) They were able to come the same day that I called and fixed it up in very little time. They have also installed a water heater and toilet for us in the past with the same great service. I definitely recommend them and will use them myself again in the future.

The plumber was on time, polite and professional, completed the work quickly, and the price was reasonable. And now my bathtub is draining like it's supposed to! The only thing that didn't work very well for me was that the plumber had used aftershave or cologne and I can't really be around fragrances. Fortunately he was done with the work so quickly that it wasn't a big problem. I would definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

It was not a big job. I thought that they were really good; it was a difficult place for them to get too. It was just a normal repair.

It was fine. They came when they said they were going to come. They did a fine job. One way or the other, they did fine. They did what they said they were going to do. They gave me a reasonable price. I don’t have anything negative at all to say about them. They didn’t try to sell me all kinds of other stuff. They did exactly what I want them to do.

I've used this company in the past and found them to be very reliable. Earlier this year I had them come out to fix a leaky toilet. I thought it was just a broken wax ring. Upon further inspection, the plumber discovered a couple of big issues. First the piping underneath the toilet was not properly attached and also the main sewer line was backed up and we do not know for how long. Anyway, what I thought was a simple fix ended up to be a big production. EJ Plumbing was great in getting this resolved. I'm sure they had other projects scheduled but they were able to pull 3 more plumbers out to my house right away to fix all of this within a few hours. I'm so glad this fix did not drag on for another day. The great thing about this company is that it seems to be family owned and the family members are also the plumbers doing the work. So you can tell there is a vested interest in making the customers happy and making sure the work done is of quality. So I've decided to use them for my regular maintenance schedule for both my rental properties and my own home as well. It has worked out well. They are very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and nice to deal with.

Ask for Jair! A+ all around. For the estimate, Jair and Manny (the owner) answered all my questions with patience. For the install, Jair was courteous, thorough, and clean. When did his final checks, he asked me about the water pressure and when I said it was a little worse, he took apart the kitchen faucet to clean it out and then it was better than ever. And of course the water heater has been doing its job for two weeks now, perfectly, as far as I can tell. Thank you!
