Description of Work: Used these guys a few years back. Their plumber arrived at my house angry with me, the customer! He said that because of my call he wasn't able to eat dinner explaining that all their plumbers are overworked and aren't given time to eat. Then reluctantly he looks at my leaking sink and insults my plumbing, "They stopped using this stuff years ago. I'll see what I can do." He used a portable rip saw, chipped my sink, left his mess and charged way too much for the work and abuse. THEN, around midnight, I hear a POP and GUSH! I head into the bathroom and the work that they guy did had burst and water was gushing from the sink! Used another company and no problems.

Description of Work: We called about a "slow kitchen drain". We tried Liquid Plumber but still seemed to be slow. They sent out a plumber to give us a free estimate and then we could decide if the price was fair. He checked, ran water for over 5 minutes - no longer clogged. So no charge. I will definitely call them next time I have any drain problems!

WE EXPLAINED WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS THE PROBLEM. HE WENT UNDER THE SINK, & IN A VERY FEW MINUTES THE SINK WAS UNCLOGGED & THE WATER WAS OUT OF THE SINK. THEN HE WENT INTO THE BATHROOM & QUICKLY REPLACED THE TOILET HANDLE.

THEY RESPONDED TO MY REQUEST FOR AN APPOINTMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I ORIGINALLY WAS ONLY GOING TO HAVE THE DRAIN UNCLOGGED, BUT THE SERVICEMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COMPETENT, SO I HAD HIM REPLACE THE PIPES UNDER THE SINK.

They were prompt, and no return calls were necessary. They did a good job, and the water heater has not leaked at all. The work they did passed state and city codes. Overall they were good, they did what they were supposed to.

They did a good and complete job for me. I trust the company, I've been using them for years. They're dependable, and that's what I like. They did have to come back out, because they put the wrong part on, but they came out and fixed it with no problem.

They are very nice, and did a very good job. They come out at anytime they're called even early in the morning. I had to call them, and within 2 hours they were here. They do a good job, and very professional. They fixed everything that was wrong.
