+ -1 moreThe desktop PC crashes whenever I try to ue MS word. They told me to bring the PC in. They found some sectors in my hard drive are bad. They were able to mark these sectors and I did not have to replace anything.
Description of Work: They fixed the bad sectors in my Pc and it no longer crashes.

+ -1 moreCOMP USA ASSURED ME THEY WOULD HAVE THE COMPUTER DONE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND IT WAS. THEY CLEANED THE DUST OUT AS WELL. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE COMPUTER RUNS BETTER NOW THEN IT DID BEFORE THEY FIXED IT.
Description of Work: COMP USA PUT A NEW CD BURNER IN MY COMPUTER. THEY CLEANED UP A VIRUS IN MY HARD DRIVE.

Description of Work: PC STOPPED BOOTING UP PROPERLY. IT STARTED TO BOOT UP AND NEVER GOT TO WINDOWS SCREEN. COMPUSA FIXED IT WITHIN A WEEK.
