We wanted to do an addition which was super stressful, but Cal Green pulled the permits, they showed us a 3D rendering. Working with a professional team really helped reduce the stress. The price was not the cheapest quote we got but the work and quality were good, so it was well worth the cost.

We hired Cal Green for a foundation issue. We didnâ t know what was really going on, but Cal Green walked us through the problem, showed us where the foundation was sinking and splitting and how that was affecting the interior of our home. They clearly explained all the options and costs. I got quotes from other contractors who just gave us a high price and didnâ t explain anything. The foundation was repaired, and they walked us through the work that was done. We feel confident in the repair and that great.

We just bought our house, we got a good price but it needed a lot of work. I called Cal Green because they had done some work for a friend of ours. We needed to replace the flooring, and reno the bathrooms. I really loved working with Cal green. They listened to what I wanted and offered me multiple solutions, some more affordable than others. We re-modeled our kitchen with the great help of Shay. In addition to the kitchen remodeling, we decided also to refinish the old damaged hardwood floors around the house. Shay was well-spoken, skilled and honest while he spent an excessive amount of time with us in order to advise and guide us about the process of the remodeling work on top of explaining each and every step of the work. Cal Green Builders did a wonderful remodeling job while maintaining a fairly price. This was our first involvement with a contractor for a remodeling project and it was an easy and positive one. Cal Green Remodeling have recently finished the remodeling of all the bathrooms, laundry room and formal living room. Weâ ve been very satisfied with everything theyâ ve done for us. The formal living room included the replacement of a built in book shelves on each side of the fireplace and a built-in desk with cabinets that functioned as my in house office. More than that, they replaced all the floors around the house and installing a matching stairs that were built from metal. All the work was made in a high quality, on schedule and on budget (without any hidden charges). Shay helped us with all the design ideas that we basically didnâ t know or thought we can have which was to our opinion the reason for the success of this remodeling. Shay and his team arrive to the house every day in the morning and they worked until the daily tasks were completed (under Shay supervision). All of them were professional, polite and easy going and we felt very comfortable having them in our house when we left the house during the day for our daily things. At the end of every day, they made sure to have at least 30 minutes for cleaning and during the work, they tried to keep the disruption of the rest of the house as little as they could. We chose Cal Green Remodeling as our complete home project designer and builder. Shay was very professional, communicated and very experienced. We really loved the detailed design that Shay did for the house and also the overall remodeling. Shay was able to turn our old house into a new, traditional, up to date and classy look. The whole project was finished several months after it started and to our best satisfaction. From the time that the work was completed, we keep getting so many compliments. As part of the project, Shay met with us many times at several vendors to help us matching parts of the house with stones, light fixtures, paint colors and much moreâ ¦ all the sections at the house came out gorgeous, functional for our need and in very high quality. The most beautiful part of the remodeling, was the kitchen and bathrooms.
