They arrived on time, reviewed with us what needed to be done and did a great job cleaning up our trees. The crew knew what they were doing and trimmed each tree specifically for the type of tree and the look that we wanted.

Mostly it's fine. The only issue I have is with the crape myrtles. The base from which new suckers grow has been getting bigger over time, and is now spreading onto the sidewalk, where I'm worried about it creating a hazard. I had hoped they could cut away some of this area so that the suckers would spring from closer to the trunk, but all they did was cut off the suckers, so of course they grew back like they do every couple of months and they continue to spread. Maybe it can't be done without hurting the trees--I don't know, but I still need to solve the problem of the trees' bases growing out over the sidewalk.

These people are true professionals. Everything went according to the work orders with attention to details. The job was done in 2 stages do to permit to remove a tree. The tree removal and stump grinding was the last job. After every job they cleaned up the entire yard. They went to every detail to please us. We will surely do business with them again.

We've been so impressed with them. The arborist that comes out to do the estimate is very professional and knowledgeable. He often teaches me things about taking care of my own trees. He'll tell me when a tree should be pruned and when it should wait. He tries to send the same two men crew out so that they can see the results of their work each time they come out. We hire them every year or two. They are excellent and respectful. They clean up the yard well and our trees are always beautiful. We've never had a problem with them. We won't use anybody else.

They were responsive and came fairly quickly. They were straightforward and direct. They were able to resist, for the tree’s sake, my wanting to cut more of it out. The arborist came over after and explained all that to me, which I thought was quite appropriate.

We have dealt with this company for 15 years. His wood chipper that he uses handles logs up to 12 inches thick. The company grinds stumps and tree pruning. They are safety conscious and they were careful not to damage our property. Employees drive company trucks to worksite.
