I left an email message with Eric to set up an appointment. He responded the next day and said someone would call. It ended up being several days of phone tag with several calls back and forth. During these, I got the feeling their office staff had little interest in providing a good service. Finally, an appointment was set up. The salesman arrived 30 minutes late with no call, no apology. He left without giving an estimate, saying he would email it the next day. Two days later, after we called to remind him, he sent it late that evening. We asked him to quote prices on Simonton and Milgard. He quoted Milgard and AMSCO! If the office staff and sales rep. is like this, what kind of work would we get if they got the job? We won't find out!

The workmen showed up exactly on time, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and presented a bill that matched the estimate. The work was good, and there were no problems.

I found that the quality of the work was excellent in all respects: new construction type installation with new stucco, detail, interior framing, and clean up. Their price is not low, but the quality is excellent.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Eric, the owner, came to the house, made recommendations on how to do the job less expensively than what I had in mind, and gave me a written estimate. Ron and Alfredo then came out to measure the windows and order the glass. They came out today to do the work, and they did an excellent job. They were on time (early, even) and completed the job in 1 hour and 45 minutes. They were cautious, neat and professional. One of the windows required getting on our tile roof, and Alfredo took great care not to damage it. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall they did a very good job. They came on time everyday and got the job done. They also cleaned up after themselves. There was a problem with installing one window which left a gap. They came right out and fixed it. Now there is a problem with a couple of windows staying open and they have referred me to the manufacturer. Hopefully they will be able to fix the window.

It was very competitive and Kai, the consultant, was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. We decided to go with someone else but would have felt just as comfortable with Able.

Owner Eric came out and did measurements and explained options. He was very professional and courteous. Work itself was well done, but crew was somewhat careless. Many walls were marked up from shoe soles and fingerprints, a few window sills were marred by power saw hitting them while running (and from shoe soles), and a wall was punctured when it was hit by an old window being taken out. Workers had to be asked to clean sills, walls, & windows before leaving. Small amt was deducted from balance to accommodate for need to plaster holes and to re-paint. Eric showed concern after job was completed to ensure that I was satisfied. Work took parts of 5 days partially, because crew only worked 4 hours one day and 5 another.

Able came highly recommended and lived up to that reputation. They provided prompt, professional service from estimate through installation and follow-up

They were professional, and drove the company truck to our home. They did a very good job on installation. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the job was completed. I broke a window accidentally and the company came out and fixed it.

WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO THE JOB THEY WERE INFORMED TO DO. WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB THEY DID, THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND LEFT.

We had Millgard sliding windows installed by Able windows, the men came out and measured the windows, and then had them made to fit. They fit great. The men did a great job they, even cleaned the windows and were very obliging when installing them.

They were very nice while doing the service. They came out & repaired a couple of windows. The completed job was excellent. The price was great. They were professional & punctual. I would highly recommend this company to anyone & I would use them again.

They did excellent, were on time and the price was very good. The workmanship was good and I thought they were courteous and did good quality control on the work they did. They also did some mirrors for us as well.

ABLE DOES QUALITY WORK IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY CATER TO CUSTOMERS LIKE A SMALL BUSINESS CAN, BUT PROVIDE TOP QUALITY WORK IN A SHORT TIME. THE PRICES ARE FAIR FOR THE WORK AND SERVICES BEING PROVIDED. ONE OR TWO OF THE OFFICE WORKERS COULD BE A LITTLE NICER TO CUSTOMERS BUT ALL IN ALL, EACH EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN PRETTY POSITIVE.

DIDN'T CORRECTLY REPRESENT WHAT THE END RESULT WOULD LOOK LIKE. THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL, DIDN'T COMPLETE THE WORK CORRECTLY, DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND HAD TO BE HOUNDED TO CORRECT THE MISTAKES.
