They were running a little ahead of schedule so phoned and asked if coming early was OK, which it was. They gave me an estimate right away. They came in uniform which includes bright blue wigs, which is fun. They were careful to take only what was being discarded and were quick, careful and professional. What an awesome team!

This is our 3rd time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK and we will continue to use them. I like their online booking system, and they consistently arrive during the selected time frame. They call in advance to re-confirm the appointment, and they call 20-minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, after viewing the volume of junk, they will give you an up-front price. Each time we've used them, the team has been courteous, swift, and will thoroughly sweep up after removing the junk.

I just moved from Cambridge, MA to Los Altos, CA. I used 1-800-GOT-JUNK in Cambridge before my move and the Santa Clara venue after I got here. Tim and Ronnie were professional and fun to be with.

The hauling services provided were fine. But I later discovered 1 800 got junk put a large marketing sign at the entranceway to my condo complex which is against the HOA rules. Marketing is important but so is customer retention and community respect. I ended up having to clean up after the company I paid to haul garbage by removing the sign myself and taking it down so as not to upset my neighbors. At these prices, I expect absolute professionalism. I didn't receive it.
